The actual maintenance was fine, no complaints there. And Mariah assisted me promptly and politely. When the car was ready she texted me to come pick it up. But there was a miscommunication between Mariah and myself which lead me to believe I could pick up the car that evening and which lead Mariah to believe I would not pick it up until the next day. So I left early from work to pick up my car the same evening on Thursday. I thought Mariah said she would leave my car and keys and paper work with sales but when I got there they couldn’t find them. Sales to contact her but couldn’t find her number (the one she texted me from was not her actual number) so I would have to come back the next day to get my car, which I saw as an inconvenience. The sales team gave me a loaner for the evening at no charge which helped, but I still viewed the situation as annoying especially since I just bought this car from that specific **** Hannah dealership and most of the work that was being done on the car was work that the initial **** Hannah mechanic either overlooked or caused himself (bolts left loose or sitting out in the open and left inside of compartments, parts not assembled properly so they were rubbing up against each other). All and all the experience was pretty annoying but made less annoying by the car being worked on quickly. I’m pretty sure I’m never going to get a car from any **** Hannah dealerships for all the reasons expressed here today and I would not recommend them. I think what happened with Mariah was an honest mistake so she shouldn’t be punished for it because outside that mistake she was nice and professional. But the miscommunication between the sales and service team was surprising and the passing the buck attitude from the sales team was frustrating, even though they are two separate departments I feel like they should be more in touch with who works there and know at least slightly how each department operates. For example, they didn’t know who Mariah was or her phone number to call her. Those issues in conjunction with the shoddy work done by the initial mechanic being what caused me to come in to get the car looked at in the first place have lead me to the decision to try to avoid **** Hannah as best as I can.

I came in without an appointment and with a bunch of questions. Mariah took great care of me. She answered my questions and got me quickly into a loaner car so I could head off to work. Mariah provided great communication—neither too much or too little. She even had a colleague call me with an update because she was engaged with another customer. She was bright, friendly, and a terrific representative for **** Hannah. Very satisfied!!

I scheduled with your shop to drop off my car the day before it was due to be repaired, and then was told I would be kept up-to-date as to progress the following day. The attendant, notified me that he felt he would have it done the following day. I also made it clear that I would be working a double shift the following day and would have to pick it up on Saturday. Noah, the attendant who was helping me, told me that this would be fine. I never received any contact from the repair shop the following day. On Saturday, the day after, I contacted your shop to determine what the status of my vehicle was at around 9:30 am. Unfortunately, I was told that they could not reach anyone in the shop, and they would have someone call me back. 2 hours later, as it approached noon I attempted to recontact the office. At that time I was informed that my vehicle had not had any work done to it as scheduled, and they had dropped the ball. I was told that I could leave it with you until the following Monday. I explained to them, that I had company visiting, and would need the vehicle on the following day. They offered for me to come and pick the vehicle up, and return it again on Monday for further work. Each time I come to your shop, it is a 30-40 minute drive, followed by an hour and a half long bike ride back to my house/your dealer. At this point, I had already given up 4 hours of my time, and did not wish to give up another 4 hours due to your shops error. At your shops hourly rates, and it was your wasted time, that would be somewhere in the range of $600 to $1000 in time alone. I look closer to the Hyundai dealership in Hillsboro, but I come to you because you had a better rating online. I feel this might be undeserved. I do appreciate the honesty I received from the last attended I spoke with, and she did admit it was your fault. Otherwise, I feel there was no communication, and I was misled, causing me to waste my time and effort

Original service time was estimated at 2.5 hours. It took 6 hours. Also, my check engine light turned on shortly after picking the car up. These 2 things do NOT give me great confidence in the shop at all.
