I'm not sure about the service is fair but not really satisfied with my request I requested to check the radiator since I have one time the car overheated and but the answer I got is not too accurate I was told because it was low on oil that can cause the over heating any way just wanted to comment on the other hand yuor front desk was Berry kind good costumer service I can give a #10 on the service on her

First I was told that I had one recall to bring my car in for. I scheduled it so that I can also be there on the day to have my windshield fixed. I was told it was possible for me to get a loaner so I could drop my car and continue on to work but if there was an issue they will let me know. Less than 24 hours before the appointment I was told there would not be a loner. When I showed up for my appointment I then found out that there was another recall that I did not know about and it would take an hour and a half to complete and I was not offered a loner first I was told that I had one recall to bring my car in for. I scheduled it so that I can also be there on the day to have my windshield fixed. I was told it was possible for me to get a loaner so I could drop my car and continue on to work but if there was an issue they will let me know. Less than 24 hours before the appointment I was told there would not be a loner but the recall would take less than 15 min. When I showed up for my appointment I then found out that there was another recall that I did not know about and it would take an hour and a half to complete and I was not offered a loner but I Could pay $25 for a rental. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed and told him I would have to reschedule and if I had known all of this upfront it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. As it was, I showed up late for a scheduled meeting and the recall(s) are still not dealt with. Poor communication upfront equals poor customer service.

Everything went well EXCEPT while driving 5 blocks from the dealership post service, the tire pressure warning light came on. I immediately turned around and Todd and his coworker knew what the issue was--the tires had been rotated and pressures checked--apparently after this is done there is something that needs to happen manually to prevent the warning light from coming on. If I had been back at work in Wilsonville when this happened, I would not have been a happy camper. Just a note: I have the worst experience w **** Hannah when I purchased the car in 8/14-you could say the it was the opposite of "nice". I never returned for service- that is how bad it was. Actually, I only returned due to the ODOT road construction issues. This service experience was pleasant, Todd was very professional, I was able to wait for the car and work on the computer and the service was completed relatively quickly. I will definitely return for service in the future.

Everyone was wonderful. Even though we were from out of town and bought our vw in Seattle we were treated royally. We visit Portland often so DH may become our dealer of choice rather than going to Olympia.

I'm accustomed to "service" when I bring my car in for service. I got a Jiffy Lube oil change, a $5 wash and a 25 cent vacuum, where somebody just sort of pointed the wand in the general direction of my interior. I expected better.

The headlight bulb issue, which i explicitly asked to be replaced or fixed, was not. The indicator headlamp light is still lit on the dash :( Everything else was superb, agent Jensen provided exceptional service and friendliness and gets a 5 star rating from me!!
