Brandon did a good job of trying to explain the process of my post accident repairs. But things kept changing all the time. And frankly it took too long to fix my car. I was told by another person there that **** Hannah is changing the way way it does service which is slowing down things a bit before the new changes take effect. Not my problem. This may be my last car with **** Hannah because this is to the first time I've had problems. Worse, my car should have been washed. It was the first time was bringing this model in for a fix or service and a wash is promised. I was told I could have it washed, if I called ahead, but that's not the same thing and will require an additional trip way east to do it. I have also had difficulties using the GPS in my car. Youtube and the manual have been useless. Nobody would help me. Your workers look stressed and over scheduled. Greg Mowery

I think..because when I scheduled this important appt..the service department should have information about this and call me regarding the time needed to get this work done and provide a loaner car as well..this was an important recall issue

The tech who checked me in didn’t have clearance to check for recalls. They needed another tech to check this. I was also told that my appointment would take an hour to an hour and a half. After two hours, I tried to find the tech and get an update on why it was taking longer than I was told. The tech said “oh, I was just looking for you. What’s your name again?” Obviously, she wasn’t looking for me and was buying time. I was told my cabin and engine filters needed to be changed and it shouldn’t be more than 15-20 minutes. After an hour, I went to find the tech again. I was again told “oh, I was just getting ready to contact you. I need to double check the numbers and you’ll be food to go in a few minutes.” A half hour later, I was told my car was ready. 3 and a half hours for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for!! Two different people dropped their cars off after me and we’re out of there in an hour!! This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at your service center. It will, however, be the last time. I will be going elsewhere for my car maintenance needs. Thankfully, my warranties have expired, so I no longer am obligated to use the **** Hannah service center. This i will confirm with **** Hannah since I couldn’t get an answer from my tech on whether I had any warranties left on my car.

I enjoy the service at **** Hannah, but am disappointed that you do not have enough service techs working on Saturdays. I am not able to come in during the week, and feel when making appointments, the girls answering the phones have no clue as to what scheduling is about. My appointment was at 10am, and I did not leave until after 12:00pm. When I asked what I should do for service in the future, I was told that I should come in during the week. My hope is that you put as much care into your service dept. As you do in the sales side. I purchased a brand new vehicle from your company, and would hate to find another dealership to service it. I had an incredibly frustrating experience. I scheduled a time to drop off my car on 6/18 at 11:30 am and was told it would be done by 4 and I would be receiving a call by 2 with a diagnosis. At 3 still no call. I called the dealership and was told the schedulers had overbooked the techs and my car would not be done, I am not sure why no one called me once that was discovered but at that point I was willing to pay $25 for a rental car and pick my car up the following day. I was told to come get the rental but when I showed up there were no rentals so the staff scrambled to figure out what to do and ended up giving me the shuttle car. This same type of failed communication and disorganization went on for FIVE more days. Each day Dan promised me the car would be done and each day the car was not even looked at. By the time Thursday evening came I told Dan I had a very busy schedule on Friday and had to be able to pick my car up on the way to work Friday. Again I was promised this was no problem only to receive a voicemail at 6:00 saying it would not be ready in the morning. When I spoke with Dan Friday he did try to alleviate the situation by offering some financial reimbursement and telling me I could pick the car up saturday. This would have been fine but of course, when I called to pick up the car Saturday Dan had not noted any of the financial reimbursements he offered on my account so the weekend staff was very rude to me when I asked that it be honored. After six days of dealing with this, consistently being promised things that were not followed through on and then being treated very poorly by the weekend staff I can say with certainty I will not be returning to the dealership. I appreciate Dans eventual efforts to lighten the situation but ultimately even that was not followed through with. Lastly, when I picked up my car the tank was completely empty, the gas light comes on at 30 miles and the dash was showing zero miles left so immediately upon picking it up I had to drive straight to the gas station. It would have been reasonable to at least out a few miles in the tank considering it was not near empty when I dropped it off. Overall a very negative experience.
