Dayton was very nice.. service was done quickly & In good time.

Service included replacing 2 TPMS tire sensors and programming all 4 sensors. Cost $265.45. Today, one day after the service was completed the TPMS sensor warning light is on. I will call on Monday is set up appointment to fix; but this experience does not give me confidence in the work performed.

It was a Saturday they were very busy like the other day when I brought my tiguan in and only one service writer Dayton today he made it happen and got my oil change done. Great price and service thank you

I can’t be completely satisfied with the service until I know that the original issue will not return again. If my check engine light stays off then I will be thrilled with the service but time will tell. Carl has always been amazing and great with me. No complaints there. You have a good man there that does a great job with serving your customers.

Its refreshing to work with a professional that listens and isn’t condescending.

I have to say Carl is an old school professional and very good at his job. His follow-up was awesome and he never tried to sell me service that I didn't need. My interaction with him is helping to change my opinion about your organization and some issues I've had in the past. He is definitely someone you want to make sure you keep. me that he found some key but not the key to remove the tires. I once again informed him everything that belongs in the car is in the car , i am the only one with access and i dont bother the tires or do any maintenance since i wouldnt know how. He then tells me that he is not able to rotate the tires because your there at **** Hannah , where the car comes from dont have the key and that if my tires were to go on flat that you would not be able to help me and then i was told that maybe i should go somewhere else. Can you tell me where that somewhere else is since i got the car from you, what kind of company sells a car to someone and then are not able to remove a tire, i offered to buy the piece that is needed and this moron told me that hes not able to find it for me. OMG , what the f kind of company are you running you cant remove a tire. I am going to file a complaint with the District Attorney , i am going to return this **** car to you that you cant fix , you cant wash , you can help with fender , when i come in you cant do an oil change , i dont know if it ? is a race thing , since i am a black woman or if you guys are just majorly incompetent but this is the biggest load of **** that i have ever seen , and to make matters worse since you couldnt rotate the tires you offer me a car wash coupon, I DO NOT TAKE MY CAR to the car wash , i dont want it scratched up that is why i asked to have it washed by you . I am supposed to be able to bring the car in for a wash. I am going to keep complaining to anyone that will listen until i get the justice that i deserve.
