Dayton was very thoroughly in explained what was going on with my car. He gave me options for further routine maintenance that needed to be done, but was not pushy to get them done right away. It was very much appreciated.

Until today I never had a reason to distrust **** Hannah VW and its employees. I asked for a VW scheduled 84months service. I was presented and agreed to a fuel injection cleaning as if it were part of the schedulded interval serveice. Turns out it's not part of it yet Dayton included it from the get go. Trusting that this was part of the scheduled factory recommend service I agreed.
I admit I don't know much about cars and I m sure a fuel cleaning is good for the car. But I felt swindlded in a way. you have $298.49, I have a clean fuel injection and overall you lost my business. I'm sad and disappointed that you still have to bring a man along these days for car issues.

Disappointed that the car wash was not working, however not Noah's fault :) It was a bit pricier than I expected for an oil change and fluid top off but I always come to **** Hannah as opposed to the VW dealer near my house because I trust the service and always receive great customer care.

First a lovely greeting to welcome the customers is a great beginning for doing business. Carl explained what to be fixed and asked me anything need to be checked during in the shops. Later on I added change oil and rotated the tires. He was very nice and friendly all the time and the job got done on time. Carl lead me to my car and saw me off after a hand shake. He handed me a coupon to wash the car. Follow his advice direction I am so glad to clean my car too. Thank you Carl , you made the customer satisfy with your excellent service.

Just seemed like another “big dealer” experience where service tries to tack on every last thing they can. That includes the problem areas, and the things I had mentioned as possible questions, such as my coolant being a smell issue, typed into the notes as “funky smell”, but then recommended to be changed/flushed.. even though it’s new and clean.
So I waited 3+ hours for an oil change and a tech to read off the codes off an obdII and then charge me 275 bucks for it all.
Soooo, needless to say ... i don’t plan on coming back.
Also... please don’t have the **** Hannah Volkswagen Portland representative contact me... that’s kind of annoying... I don’t plan on recommending anyone, or changing my mind, in fact, I badmouthed the place and my time to a few friends already today... so it goes.....
... oh and your service rep asked what I was thinking about doing with the problems the tech found.. then told me you guys sell cars there... hard pass.. and more than likely a nice middle finger at the end of a sentence and review.

Dayton was great. But I am dissatisfied with the turbo getting excess carbon build up resulting in an expensive repair. I believe this should have been covered under the service plan I purchased. Anyways, your people are great- very accommodating and service oriented. But the car itself does not impress and I believe VW should do more to fix the carbon build up issue.
