Very dissatisfied. I literally feel like I was “taken for a ride” by this service center and ripped off of every dime I had. My entire savings, had to also get a loan from a friend. Nearly $3000 and same problems. In the beginning sake rep asked me what was wrong...I told him the torque converter and I’d like to get the timing belt done. I am having terrible rough riding, wobbling, lunging (sometimes bad sometimes you can’t tell.) MPG keeps dropping, very poor. This car should be 23 mpg but is getting as low as 18.4. It changes by the minute and is due to needing o2 sensors. Best way to describe it is as if the car is drunk including the wheels. The handling is bad. Apparently these symptoms I’ve been having all along are associated with o2 sensors and not necessarily the torque converter as I now know because another one was put in. Low and behold I pick up my car and drive away (after you guys having it for 7 days!!) and ALL the symptoms and reason why I took it in in the first place are still there. My California trip, cancelled. I’m not going to take a car out of state with issues. The entire premise of getting the repairs was to go out of state. Car drives the same. I was charged nearly $200 for an inspection (pulling the codes?) which is insulting considering a master mechanic told me if the codes were pulled before the work the O2 sensors would have shown regardless if major work was needed. Hyandai should have seen these. They told me O2 sensors DO NOT all fail after getting a torque converter and timing belt as this sales rep told me. This mechanic is 25 years and put it in writing. Your sales rep told me it was failing just one o2 sensor but per a master mechanic and a second check to verify at advanced auto...2 codes are failing and these were checked immediately after leaving. I need 2 sensors that are the cause of all of my vehicles problems in the first place. Your sales rep charged me nearly $200 to tell me I needed a torque converter but didn’t even provide a code that it was failing for the torque converter...did I really need one??? I was also charged for a fuel system clesner which I did not want to pay for. Not sure why it was done, it was the sales rep who said it was being done as kind of a ‘hey your paying a lot of money and been waiting a week kind of thing’ I said “oh okay, thank you” and then conveniently added it to my massive already bill. Then get this...he says for my torque converter & timing belt he’s giving me a a deal a so called discount. But what he failed to mention is the “free. Complimentary” fuel injector service that I did not ask for was added in to the bill before he gave me the “discount” so I actually didn’t get a discount. A shady sales move. Now I’m left wondering did I even need this work? Or did I just need o2 sensors all along? Because the nearly $200 diagnosis was from me. It was what I asked for but no codes were pulled and the symptoms of my car weren’t fully researched. If they were I wouldn’t be in this position. All convenient for Hyundai. Now I have a check engine light that wasn’t there for 6 months prior and have to pay another $500 to fix all the repairs that I asked to be done in the first place. Simple o2 sensors compared to all the other work done. $1900 for labor!!!!! + parts, 7 days no car, brought it to you guys all the way from St Helens! (took trains&buses, huge inconvenience), shady sales tactics in my opinion, misdiagnosed but have to pay the fee anyways, stuck with all issues I had originally, a headache, mistrust for mechanics, and an empty bank account. All in all I would say Hyundai and this sales rep failed this time. Funny thing is sales rep said it was taken for 3 test runs after the work and none of them noticed any issues. We test drive it, same crappy car that needs more work. Those test runs I paid for as well. The sales rep asked me to bring it back. I didn’t do that. The reason is you guys already test drove it 3x and said nothing was wrong. Sales rep already told me o2 sensors failed as a result of the work they did. I try really hard to give people the benefit of doubt and trust them but in this situation, I feel slightly robbed and I can’t trust my vehicle with you guys.

I was disappointed in the way my car was returned to me. After the mounting and balancing of the new tires I noticed there was grease on all 4 rims around almost the entire surface of the rims. I understand this product is used in order to get the tires on the wheels however the grease was not wiped off of the rims but was left on. I typically never ask for a vacuum or wash however this time I did and was also disappointed that the vacuum only consisted of the top of the floor mat. The mats were simply not lifted up and vacuumed under and there was quite an amount of debris near the gas pedal as well. I have always been satisfied with the service provided at **** Hannah Hyundai, however this time I wasn't very happy with the service.

It would have been nice to know either when purchasing an Extra key or before programming 2 and not all 3 keys that my car will only allow programming for 2 keys. I spent nearly $350 And am no better off than when I started, and my kid still does not have a key.

Every time I come in. They tell me my Tires’s need be replaced, my shock has a leak, I’ve taken my car to a tire shop, to have it checked out! Everything is in good shape. This has been going on over a year. So my chances of coming back, or purchasing a new car is very low. CRAIG M

Noah has always been very professional and addressed my concerns on a timely basis. Only thing that I am truly disappointed about is the cancellation of car wash services. Very unhappy about that; it was a perk promised to me when I bought my Hybrid Jetta. Best regards, Graciela Z
