The service from Teila was exceptional. The one thing I continue to find frustrating is the inability to get my car cleaned when i am in there for seevice. One good selling point about buying the car was the monthly free car washes available. It has been a joke trying to actually take advantage of this.

Kelsey rocks. Completely satisfied with her performance. However, seems to be the normal past couple visits. My truck is white! Greasy finger and hand prints on hood, fenders, Chrome bumper & grille. You could also see where the tech had dragged the air hose across fender. Also tech left his great wolf lodge pen wedged between belt & timing case. I didn't complain to Kelsey this time. I'm good at cleaning & waxing.

I have taken my truck in twice for the same issues and I am still having problems with the Back-up Camera not working properly. I just bought this truck brand new from the truck center dealership and I do believe that they sold me a broken truck. It was damaged on the lot and sold to me broken. What other issues will I encounter with this truck that was damaged before I purchased it? Having to bring this truck in again is costing me more time and money. I am a reoccurring customer and I had previously bought a truck from the same dealership a couple years ago. But this time the salespeople lied to me and manipulated the sale of these two vehicles to me and my wife. Because of the poor service and sales approach me and my + 400 family members will never ever purchase a vehicle from you guys ever again!!!!

I was told the process would take 3-4 hours.. I was not notified after 6 hours I called to check the status, left a message with Kelsey. Kelsey called back and said it was ready and to come pick it up, about ten minutes later. I left my house and showed up about 30 minutes later and was told she is on her lunch break for another half hour. Waited in the waiting room along with two other people waiting for her. Not good service telling someone to come get their car while you’re outside of the office and late by two hours. Also got a text at 6pm saying my car was ready after I’d picked it up at 2:30 pm..

When I scheduled my apt I was told “1 and a half to 2 hours waiting “ ... after I got there ... 20 min early.... Kelsey told me “3-4 hours” ... I replied “I was told 1 and a half to 2 hours ... if I’d of known it was going to take 4 hours I would not be here” ... she replied very flippantly to me a sarcastic condescending comment and I would have left if I wasn’t in the entry area already with 2 cars behind me. I should have left. This was very unprofessional. I’m an ER RN, I get the service industry... but my insurance doesn’t force me to come to you ... Kelsey acted like I should just go somewhere else for service... so I will

The work was fine but we were told Dodge Ram did not have gas engines. They had to go look it up to figure out ours did have a v8. The time before last when we brought the truck in was total nightmare. They had the truck for over a week before they could figure out the truck was notmade to to have fog lights! This, after we spent hours talking to everyone, including a manager in the office. Some kid finally showed them the web site that had all of the info. They sent him out to tell because they obviously didn’t want to face me We never did get the locking gas cap we asked for on the work order sheet a, and left the truck there for two or three days longer so they could “order it”!!!
