**** Hannah does my car real well ... and I thot perhaps because I questioned the hike in cost, I felt she was a little cocky about prices going up! Then I asked how to do the card for payment, and she seemed to treat me with superiority! I felt like I was in kindergarten! I just wanted to knock w how to do the credit/debit card machine ... there was certainly miscommunication! She is nice enough but seems to be less patient with “older” adults ...

Scheduling was made easy, showroom nice and Kelsey has a good personality and very helpful. With near end of life on my original tires, she provided a quote on new tires even without my asking. She also helped me lower the loud obnoxious backup sound in the aps section on my challenger. Real good experience overall.
