The day after I took my truck home I noticed the boot on my shifter was tore all the way down and the clips weren't placed in properly. I called and made an appointment for that, they were very sorry and helpful. I was on my way back from Portland and my transmission went into 4th gear and wouldn't shift out. My check engine light is on and my truck won't shift into drive. I had work done on my shifter in the transmission so obviously something wasn't done properly. Very frustrating with every aspect of what is going on. Will call the day after Christmas because I'm not risking driving my truck in stuck in 4th gear and causing any damage. Overall not good customer serivice. Could not get a call back to get answers for any of my questions or concerns about my vehicle, instead I got vague texts that didn’t help at all. Still couldn’t get a call when I messaged back saying I wanted to speak over the phone, not over text. I called at least 5 times to talk to Telia about vehicle in one day and she wouldn’t call me back because she simply had no time at all, but she had time to send a text explaining she’s to busy. I didn’t even know the part being replaced in my vehicle was covered under warranty or not until I went to go pick up my vehicle. Also according to all the other people that had time to talk to me, they couldn’t help me because Telia was the handling my vehicle, which is ridiculous because I couldn’t even get ahold of her to explain anything. I do appreciate how you guys got my vehicle in the shop so quick on short notice and the techs did a good, fast job replacing the part. There was just really bad communication skills on Telias end, in my opinion.
