Kelsey was great, but I’m incredibly disappointed in the fact that a $60k vehicle that’s marketed as being an outdoor towing vehicle has a battery issue of draining itself (I’ve now paid for my 2018 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to get jumpstarted 4 times after sitting idle for 2 weeks- not even towing or connected to anything) that is just considered par for the course and nicknamed “lot rot” at the dealership. I can tell you that I will never buy a Jeep again after this.

No my car still had the paper floor mats in it and it took them over 25 minutes of my car sitting out there then I walked in and it took a while for someone to ask can I help you. When I walked up to a gal she still had not had my paperwork ready . There were not alot of customers in there I think I was the only one actually. I was going to wait for them to let me know my car was fone but I had to be somewhere at 11.

It takes far far to long! The initial diagnosis ballpark estimate is way too high. My battery died. I did my oil and filter for $111 but, that was only cuz I was stuck there. $360 dollars was way too high. I went to batteries and bulbs. $159 and they installed it on the spot. I was there 15 minutes...in and out of the door. Your service is a nice person but cost way way to much for an average working person.

The vehicle was not fixed
I dropped it off at 9:00 am for a oil change and a check engine code “Service Electronic Stability Control”. I was told it would take about an hour. At 11:00 am Kelsey gave me a loaner. She said she would call me at 3:00, no call, I called her at 4:00 am she said it was done, to late for me to cross over to Vancouver.i went in at 11:00 am today, they gave me truck and I got just out of the parking lot when the code and engine light came on. I took it back and Kelsey said she would call me in an hour. It’s now 7:30pm and still no call. I am leaving on vacation tomorrow and will have to deal with this on my return.

I understand Jennifer was out sick at some point, but I’ve found communication with your service department difficult from the get go..slow responses to texts and voicemails that make the process longer than it needs to be. Leaving numerous phone messages with other clerks with no call backs, text messages that never get responded to. I don’t mind if it takes awhile to fix my vehicle but I would like someone in the building to at least give me an update when I call. It’s as if no one can look up my cars data except for Jennifer so I can’t get anywhere for literally 2 full business days...seems like a process or follow up issue.
