I did not have a good customer experience with Scott Long. He seemed especially annoyed and even angry over my use of the service coupon for free initial evaluation. I waited 4 hours for the eval to be completed and at the end I had some questions for him, which he responded to in a very cold, eager manner to be done with me. I decided my concerns and questions were not going to be addressed by Scott, so I just left. I will avoid dealing with Scott Long in the future. Is there someone in service I can speak to who would have the knowledge and interest to help me, since I could not get further info from the tech who checked my car? Thank you. Bill

When I dropped my car off at **** Hannah Early Sunday Morning 11/25/2018 I notified them that I would pick it up 11/28/2018 at 8:30PM. So from the day I dropped my car off I never heard one word until I called on 11/28/2018 in the morning. I spoke with numerous service receptionists. Then I was transferred to a male service writer whom was rather rude and disrespectful. He told me that sales closed at 8PM and I then offered to pay a salesman to stay until I got there or for him to set the keys in my trunk and leave my car unlocked. He made it almost impossible to get my car. One of my friends had to go and get my keys. If I choose to return to **** hannah after this experience then I will only deal with kelsey arnold.

Kelsey Arnold provided great and timely service. She always had the answers to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommends Kelsey Arnold to anyone who chooses **** Hannah to do their service work On the other hand, the service provided by the technicians, which I had NO communication with, ****! Repeatedly the info provided from them indicated when parts would arrive or certain procedures would be done or that specific items on me repair order was done and they would complete the time up the next day. Not once did the time based info provided by a tech actually be done when it was supposed to. My Jeep was in your service facility a full month. There is NO excuse for this. Brenda Fletcher Gaston

Not sure why the recall which was estimated to take between 2 and 4 hours took nearly 7 hours. When contacting by text after 4 hours was unable to get answer when it would be completed, only " I will text you when its done" Not very helpful to schedule a ride to pick up my vehicle. Called and wS told I would get an update. No call back after leaving a message. Perhaps you should offer free loaner cars when you cant provide a return time.

I made sure to have an appointment which I scheduled at 7:15am; maintenance on my 2015 jeep Cherokee, tire rotation, oil change, alignment, brake system cleaning, etc.. I was given an estimate of $490 and finish time of 1:00pm. I got a call at 11 saying they just started and it would be done by 3 or by the latest 4pm. I hadn’t heard anything by 4:30 and called at 5 to get an answer. By then the original person, Kelsey, I was working with had gone home and didn’t update me. I was told I needed a “special alignment” that would cost an additional $200 and something dollars and that they would need to keep my vehicle overnight. Very displeased that the original quote of $490 and 5 hour wait time turned into over $800 and a 26 hour turnaround time. As a customer I feel I was way overcharged and very disappointed that they didn’t know I needed this special alignment from when I had service done over the summer and an alignment check done. In sum, I don’t know if I will be returning my business to your dealership due to these shady circumstances. This hasn’t been the first time I was quoted one price and time and was delivered another.
