The only reason I didn’t say yes to being completely satisfied was because your online scheduling system didn’t show me as having an appointment on your when I showed up. Your system had confirmed my appointment via email. I’d like to know I could trust the online scheduler.

Car was in the shop much longer than was told. Communication was below average. Was told I would get a loaner vehicle and never got one. Vehicle went in on Halloween (wednesday) and I got it back the next week Thursday. Wed was told loaner on Thursday then was told Friday then was told sat. Sat I was then told I am at the top of the list and should get one on mon. Monday came around never heard back never got one. Then tuesday was told should be done wed and so I didnt push the issue for the loaner. Well wednesday came around was told car would be ready early Thursday. Thursday came around and heard nothing and at 430 I called and they said it will be ready by 6. I felt like I was strung along all week and was never given straight answers.

Positives include having a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired and my truck seems to drive again. Also, taking care of the open rescan item was great so I don't have to make another trip. Friendly people.
Areas of improvement include having someone on site on a Sunday that is knowledgeable of the service process and can answer questions during a uncertain time.
More communication/education about the issue impacting the vehicle and next steps.
Finally, my truck doesn't seem to have heat (air) only cold now. Which wasnt the case previously, so I'll monitor this weekend and possibly follow-up tomorrow or Monday.
