I only have negative comments, my third truck has brought me too many issues, I am a business owner and do no have time to be returning my truck every time I find an issue, Today I was very disappointed with Teila R Grinde. I came in for a oil leaks in mid July. These were over $1400 to fix. The car was never really fixed and now it will cost over $6000. This car has received every oil change and required service and has 61500 miles on it. I see no reason to fix it, when there is no guarantee for the quality of services provided.

Appreciate your service teams attitude and desire to do the job right. After recently purchasing our first diesel. A 2016 Ram 1500 ecodiesel I started on my learning curve. My tech was listened to my questions about if I in fact needed the fuel filter. The truck is due if service was not done by the prior owner. Nobody knows for sure. In addition to looking into that for me and finding a very fair compromise our tech also took a few minutes to give us additional information on our truck. For example as a heads up oil changes are going to be more costly as the truck takes 11 quarts of synthetic rather than 4-5 for most gas vehicles. The informative, low pressure and apprent genuine care for doing right by vehicle and customer will keep us coming back.

I brought my car in for an oil change along with a few other maintenance items. When I received my car the low tire pressure light was on and still has not gone away after driving a few hours. The “oil change required” indicator is still alerts when I turn the car on. I would have hoped the technician who brought my car to the front for pick up would have noticed these things and corrrected them. If these details were not noticed and addressed, I question what other details were missed.

Gary was awesome! Dropped off my truck with Gary and he had me out in two minutes. Everything I asked to be done was completed and then some. Thank you so much Gary. There is an older lady in the service division that always says there is no time to complete an oil change and to not come on Saturdays because you guys are so busy. This wasn’t the case with Gary. He was never negative and made it a positive experience.

Emily was very helpful, but we are not happy at the moment. We came in for an oil change and left the service center for our kids game in Corvallis. We only made it 35 miles to Wilsonville before the low oil pressure light came on and we lost all the oil in our engine. With a skid plate underneath the engine, I could not see if the drain plug fell out, the oil filter leaked or something else occurred. Emily sent a tow truck and our vehicle is back in the shop. We'll see what happens next, our Durango is in your shop. Now if I have any future engine problems, this event will pop into my mind.

The service was great except for a few courtesy items: 1. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone I was not told who my appointment was with. When I arrived I was not greated when I walked into the service area and after letting the first person I saw at a kiosk know that I had an appointment I was asked 'with who?'. I responded I did not know, they looked it up as if they were doing me a favour and told me it was with Darin. I then had to ask if I should go back to his kiosk. Just generally not an intuitive process for a first time customer to check in. 2. It was obviuos I was there for my first oil change and was even asked if I bought the vehicle there which I did. However, I had to remind Darin I should have my first 4 oil changes free of charge which he did confirm but then again asked me to pay when I picked up my vehicle. 3. After leaving my vehicle in a paid Lyft ride, and reviewing my paperwork from purchase, I realized I was eligible for a paid rental (2x per year) and a complimentary car wash. Neither of which was discussed when leaving my vehicle. Upon return I inquired about still getting a car wash and was told it would take another 2 hours. I am disappointed that Jeep does not communicate and show more courtesy towards a customer who recently bought a new vehicle from them (not to mention its the same dealership location). I formerly dealt with Nissan in Olympia with servicing my Pathfinder and never had anything close to this bad of an experience. My car was always washed or I was given a voucher to take it to a wash nearby. I really do hope for a better experience next time.
