I got very different quotes on the price of a new battery, quoted $160 on the phone and told it was $290 by the service center. I also asked for the tires to be rotated. When I picked up my car they said all of the work was completed. But they did not replace the battery or rotate the tires. Which is why I had to come back for a second time and be without my car for another whole day because somebody didn't do the work I paid for. I see no need to come back for any service in the future.

We came in to have our lost key fob replaced. They gave us a key but without the fob. When I called Jeff, our service manager back, he said it was not what we wrote on his drop slip and that it would be another 240$ to get another key with a fob - which is what we wanted in the first place. Our reciept clearly says at the top "cut and program key with fob." I feel very taken advantage of and I think that the service department should reschedule us and give us the correct service for free.

We take our Kea across the street for service and it comes back washed , dried & vacuumed .

They did not address my concerns or help in anyway. I am very unhappy and will be contacting Jeep directly. The service manager could not tell me why my oil light did not come on when there was NO oil in my car. He said, hmm yea that’s weird. He did not look into the reason why. Only charged me almost $200 for nothing.
