I will have to go a third time to get my service request completed. I took my car to get a new tire, and wasn’t told that I need to replace all 4 tires until I went to get my car. I made a second appointment to replace the other three tires and have the handle on my lift gate repairs, but found out after picking my car up the second time that those parts weren’t in yet. Also, I’ve asked for a car wash each time, but this hasn’t happened even once.
