Had very good chat with the diesel service guy that works with Tiela. Appreciate having people who understand diesel GC thoroughly. Clear and honest evaluation of the situation. Gresham people did stationary soot burn 2 two times without addressing the problem. Ur people went straight to fixing the problem. If more steps are needed I had the issues clearly explained.

I had to call to get an update on my car after it being in the service department for more than 4 hours. I never received a call back- but upon completing my call to get an update I promptly got a text update.
After paying my bill I was told to wait at the corner of the building for someone to bring it around. I waited 15 minutes. I saw my vehicle pull up in a different area than I was told. I walked over assuming I was in the wrong area. My car was sitting unattended with the key in the ignition- no employees were nearby. I had to remove the plastic and paper covering the seat and floor. Still no employee was around. So I got in my car and drove off. My car could have easily been taken / stollen. I was very unimpressed with this pick up process.

I was not happy everytime I called to check on my Jeep they would not be able to find me because my Jeep was owned by another lady until last February when I purchased the Jeep from her. I told your service department every time i called and gave them the correct info. They still dont have it right. They are not very freindly either. Very unsatisfied.

I have come in now 3 times due to radio issues, two times the radio has been replaced and yet the problem continues to exist. I have at this point pretty much lost faith in your service department as they act as though I am making this problem up. But yet the XM side of my radio continues to be flaky and lose signal often all over the area, not sure what to do from this point but take the problem to higher levels of management.

I stopped by in person to make an appointment for a recall on my Ram truck.The service guy I made the appointment with said they had the part for the recall and my truck would be repaired on Monday at 9:45am. I dropped my truck off on time and later got a text message that my truck was ready to be picked up. When I got there to pick my truck up I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that my truck was not repaired but only inspected for the problem on the recall. Now I have to bring my truck in once again for the repair and waste another day of my valuable time! ????. **** Hannah motors **** every time I have my truck served. When are you guys going to get your s**t together?
