I dropped my Jeep off at 10am for an oil change and for them to look at my brakes due to vibration and my parking brake because it is squeaking when set. I got a text at 10:30 saying if I had any concerns or questions to reply to that text. So several hours later with no call saying my Jeep was ready I text asking for an update and received no response. Waiting another hour or 2 and text again and no reply. So I called instead and was told that Kelsey would call me back with an update. 40 minutes went by and never got a call back so I called again and was told that my paperwork got filed under the wrong vehicle so that is why it was not done yet and would be done in 20 minutes. So I went in to pick up my Jeep and still was not done and Kelsey was no where to be found. When they brought my car up they left my lights running. Finally Kelsey came down to finish up my paperwork and tried charging me for the oil change even though I was covered under a mopar service contract. Nothing was ever said about my parking break and was told I need to replace my front rotors and pda and do a brake fluid flush. I got a second opinion and was told that no the rotors just needed to be resurfaced and new pads and was no need for a brake fluid flush. My vehicle was not washed either. Needless to say you guys have lost a customer. I didn’t get to leave with my Jeep until closing time when I dropped it off in the morning with an appointment. 8hrs for an oil change is ridiculous. I even expressed to another male service rep that I was not happy with my experience and I was ignored and not asked what had happened or how to make it right or even an apology. Horrible customer service.

Accept for Teila, the Customr service wasn’t the best, plus I had to get my own ride to pick up my car because the Lyft drivers seemed to Not want to call me for directions to pick me up and I waited Most of the day and they waisted my time!!

Both Bobby and Kels did great, however it unraveled a bit when an hour after I picked up my wife to return to DHTC, the truck would not not start. Bobby came over with a loaner and arranged to have it towed. I called the number given and it was a cable company. I got the 24 hour number and called. I guess I had to chase up this next part. The service center did not know about it, the call center girl was informative and kept me up to date (kudos to her). On Thursday I finally called after not hearing, they finally found the vehicle and I swapped the loaner on Friday. There are still some small issues, from my side and the truck. I have to go Wednesday to sort out my social security card. On Friday when I picked it up the front right sensor kept beeping, while driving down the road, the low tire pressure light was on, and it said my right break light was out (which it is not) finally the display said the fob had a low battery, you can’t make this stuff up. It has been frustrating at times, but I worked in sales and understand all the things it takes to ensure a smooth completion. When I did contact anyone, they were more than helpful and apologetic as well. Will I purchase again, yes I will, my wife and one of my daughters will be upgrading soon, you will be our first point of call. The only other small issue was one fob, which I found out at truck hand over. Please also understand my sales area is Chehalis to Eugene, the coast to the dalles. I went to every dealership looking at trucks, for 6 months. I came back to Bobby as he was the most genuine and nothing was a problem, he was extremely patient with me, and we found pretty much exactly what I wanted. I hope this helps with training and communication. Today one week after the purchase, I am finally setting up the truck with personal settings and safety equipment. BRETT M

Teila was not helpful she never returned my calls or texts to tell me the status of my truck. It was only when I came in that I got Darren to help. As I’ve statedIve had my truck for 1 day while you guys and Chevy has had it for 10 days and counting. Chevy has the parts and the order but needs someone to get them moving on it.I only found this out by driving over there. I did not buy a $45000 truck to have it sit in a service yard. I realize that people have days off and go on vacation but I shouldn’t be held up because of it.Scott was handling it and hopefully is back Monday to stay on it . Lee
