I feel if I had my car towed to any tire store I would have had better service and faster delivery of my vehicle. Emily didn’t seem to care about my situation nor did she seem to understand my frustration. It took hours to deliver me a message that my tire was irreparable. By that time it was too late to get a replacement tire delivered. I was forced to wait 1/2 hr for a shuttle and by that time I said to myself forget it I’m renting a car at my expense. I called the next day after noon to check progress and I got no call back, I called an hour later and got a text that a replacement tire wasn’t available. I reached out again to talk through the situation and I got no call back only a text telling me the only option was another tire that would be different. I texted back asking what the impact to my car would be to have mismatched tires and heard nothing back. I called and demanded to speak to someone and finally spoke to Emily who
Said the correct tire was placed on my car and I could pick it up any time. While I got the correct tire but the entire process could’ve been handled Better.

my truck threw a code same day as delivery so I’ve had it for a day and the service dept between you guys and Chevy is going on the second week. Ive called and stopped by multiple times to find out the status. No one can answer that . Scott was handling it but then passed it off to Telia who can’t ever return calls. Darren has it now and has been the most helpful. It sounds like Chevy has the parts but I can’t get a time table from them. I need someone on **** Hannah’s end to push them along. I didn’t buy a truck for it to sit in a service parking lot. Chevy said it has pulled the code before and shouldn’t have been put on the sale lot without taking care of the problem. This needs to be addressed and resolved ASAP . Lee

My wife brought our Jeep in for the first oil change. When she picked it up, she was not given a report. I asked her questions and she said nothing was told to her about the service. I called the service department the next day and I was told my wife should have received a report. I asked why the Jeep was not washed because I know this is a service that is provided at the time, and was told my wife should have asked for it. I am not happy with our service at **** Hannah.

The gentleman was very nice and was very understanding of my frustration. I was upset because the lady I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment didn’t tell me I’d be there all day and needed to find a way home (I had my baby and his big car seat with me) so I had to reschedule. But Darin was helpful and kind during the experience I had in the shop.

Kelsey's service was exemplary and no problem with her it's the fact that I had to come back twice in three weeks for the same service checks because the mechanic that did the work initially on the first visit didn't do the service procedure correctly and this has delayed the resolution substantially and I am not happy about this especially since my car is brand new and the part that failed should have been replaced by now.

If I could score the service below a 0 then I would. Teila was condescending and no help. she never called me to review the work request after i dropped my call off the night prior. There were two items that were no fixed due to "Un-able to duplicate" No one ever asked me to explain further. In fact I had no call until I asked for an update later afternoon. the response i got was a one word text ""done"
When I called I asked for more testing in the gas back-flow. The next day a sales person called me stating he had recved my name from Teila and she had told him I wanted to trade my car!
I asked to talk with a manager because of all the poor service. He transferred me to Teila. I Asked for a manager and she told me there was not a manager on staff at this time. (really??) I asked for a call back. Which I never received. I called Kent Dent's number and left a message as well. He too has not responded.
Needless to say - As a customer - we make choices based on treatment, quality of service and care.

Price different than quoted. This is the third time our service wasn't completed and I had to wait an additional hour after being called and told my vehicle was ready for pick up. I asked in my texts if the vehicle was washed and again it was not. You shouldn't promise service you don't plan to provide to your customers. I can understand failure once, even twice, but this is the third time you have not lived up to expectations set forth by your own policies. Remember, we believe in nice, but consistent, honest service is a huge part of front line success.
