I live in Fairview Oregon. Gresham Dodge is about 4 miles from my home. I've had nothing but trouble there, I thought I would try a Dodge dealer in Vancouver. I ended up at **** Hannah and from the moment I called for an appoinment (your Service Dept actually answers their phone!) and then at the garage door when the gentleman directed me in to Kelsey's help I was truely amazed at the high level of customer service. Thank you!

The electrical work that your crew performed on my car appears to have worked perfectly. However you need to house train your pets because some large bird targeted my shiny black paint on my charger.

I had to spend an extra hour at the dealership because they did not check to see if replacing a head lamp on my vehicle was covered under warranty. Emily assumed I had to pay for it. Then appeared surprised when she realized it was covered. Emily said it would only take 10 minutes and she would come get me. After I was in the lobby for 15 minutes I went back to her desk, waited another 5 minutes for Emily to show back up at her desk and then she tells me your computer system messed up and a head lamp needed to be ordered. We finished paperwork, scheduled to get head lamp replaced and Emily said someone would bring my vehicle out in a few minutes. I waited over 10 minutes and approached Emily again and told her I had waited over 10 minutes and no one brought my vehicle out. Emily then gets up and goes to get my vehicle and brings it out to me. I have to say Emily seemed out of it, was not helpful, never smiled or greeted me, and it appeared others in the service area had to keep Emily on task. When another person walked into service she interrupted our conversation to say hi to them and this person was not a customer. I was very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. Shawn George

I was quoted $1661 for the part and labor on Friday. I was told I had to schedule a week out so they could order the part, so I had. I come in on Monday ...and im told the part is now $2290, not including labor, and they hadnt ordered the part because I have to pre pay. This information should have been given to me when I scheduled the appointment or the three separate days I called for the quote and finally was given one on the third call after stating I wasn't hanging up until I got it. Your customer service is terrible and your phone agents don't know anything or pass along critical information. I completely wasted a week, and now have to take an uber to work and back and wait another day to get the car fixed for what i've been saving for for over 2 months. Worst service and agents at a dealership service center I've EVER experienced in 10 years of owning cars. The only benefit is the technician agreed to only charge me what I was quoted the first time. It was the very least she could do, ...but im still fuming and never coming back to this service center after my appointment today.

Not sure what service experience this was referring to. if it was for the Ford Escape, a definite no. If it was for the Dodge Journey I can't answer this yet as we aren't receiving our car until tomorrow.
