Today my vehicle was brought in for a regular oil change that is covered under our service contract. The woman charged us for it even though it’s covered and wouldn’t hear about it until I had to call back again later. Now I have to wait 3 business to get my money back that she should never have charged and according to her it was a honest mistake. Seriously?!? Shouldn’t it have maybe been double checked when we said it was covered in the first place!?! When I called back on it I was cold transfered by the person who was “looking into it” to the person I DID NOT want to talk to that charged us in the first place. HORRIBLE service! I’m sad to say this isn’t the first or even second time we’ve had issues with them. I seriously Very rarely see the believe in nice atmosphere in the service center. I dread going there and only so because I have to go to a dealership and this one is close by where I need to be. I’ve had issues before and make sure to let you know in surveys but I have yet to ever actually hear back. Beth was awful, it’s her job to look at these things and not argue with people about stuff but actually look it up. When I called back she had a very I know I’m right and you are wrong attitude towards me until she finally looked up the service contract. Then she defended the extra stuff they charged us without saying they would by saying well you did ok the air filter. Yeah we also told you don’t do anything that will charge us!

I appreciated Beth's service . She came out to look at my tire when I came back in to tell her I did have a nail in it. The repair man told her I was loosing air because my tire was just getting old .

This was my first time coming in to this dealership, and am seriously considering it be my last. When I dropped my vehicle off this afternoon, I asked the express representative (Beth, I believe) since I was there for an oil change, if I could also get the recall completed, as I believe it was a simple computer reset of some sort. I was advised that it could not be completed without an appointment. I asked how long the wait was for an oil change, to which she responded “a few hours”. I am a working mother, of a 7 month old. The only days I can get these sort of errands done are the weekend. I agreed to the service, packed up all of my baby’s belongings (car seat, stroller, etc.) and left to Barnes and Noble to “kill time” feed my baby, etc. At around the hour mark, I called as I failed to mention that I had a coupon. I was placed on hold as the female who answered stated she spoke with the rep who took my car. She stated she spoke with her, and not to worry, and that the coupon would be honored. Hours later, I hadn’t received a phone call, as promised. I had a restless baby on my hands, and my phone was dying. I called the dealership, and spoke with a gentleman, who informed me that the rep assigned to my vehicle was with another customer, and that they’d call me back. A few moment later, this gentleman called me back, and informed me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Here I go, baby, stroller and car seat in tow. The rep greeets me and tells me that my car had been ready “for hours”. This news was alarming and incredibly frustrating. I asked her why I hadn’t been notified, and she stated that she “texted me”. There was never a text. The first text that I’ve actually received, was for this survey. I let her know what this was very frustrating, as I have been waiting for over 4 hours and that she specifically told me that I would get a phone all, no a text. Neither of which I received. She was not apologetic nor empathetic. I asked her again, if they maybe had the chance to reset my computer, to which she said they hadn’t, since they “didn’t have the manpower” to do so. I find this frustrating again, seeing how my car had simply been sitting in the lot for over three hours. As I’m sure you can imagine, having to tow around a 7 month old baby, for four hours, is far from ideal. Having to do so when it wasn’t even necessary, because someone didn’t do a part of their job.... frankly, is infuriating.

Dropped off my car for a 8:45am appointment, 6 hours later I got a call and a text that my car is ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up my car I was told that it's not done and it's still in the shop. Staff aren't organized!

Took too long to return calls regarding vehicle service. Tried to call before the service center closed so that I wasn’t without a vehicle and never got a return call. Not happy. Then when I picked up my car they said the battery was dead. Horrible.

I had to wait while she argued on the phone for someone else's car for about 10 minutes after my appointment time. All for her to come up and ask my phone number and put a peice of paper in my car that anyone could have done. No other person would help me and when I picked up I have to wait 20 minutes and then ask for her again then wait 15 minutes outside for my car. The last time I came in was amazing that's why I came back but this time was awful.

Beth was fantastic; she was courteous, kept me updated as the hours passed while I waited for the oil and filter change; it would have been an added level of customer service excellence if she had reinstated what had been done to my car and if she had asked me if I had any questions before she walked away. Though I felt good having my car keys returned to me, I also left there uncertain if after waiting over three hours whether or not the oil/filter change and tire rotation were actually performed. My dissatisfaction is really with the wait time and the lack of service technicians available to handle the walk-in order for the oil/filter change.

My license plate mount system was not installed correctly today. I asked 3 people if it looked centered and they all laughed because it was installed so poorly. I had been told the day before by Brian that the plate mount would be in and when I arrived he said that they didn’t know where it was. Was told it would take 1/2 hour and it took 1 and 1/2 hours. I thought that you had to know how to use a tape measure to be a mechanic. I measured and it is 3 inches off center. Truly disgusted by this mechanics lack of pride in his work. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing everyone by trying to get a plate mount for my license plate. So know I have to drive a brand new vehicle that looks like **** because of the mechanic. The only way to fix the problem is to drill more holes in the bumper or to replace the bumper now. I don’t want more holes in my bumper and don’t really trust the mechanics to be able to get it done correctly. One of the worst experiences ever and it ruined my day.
