Scott Long took care of me very well and, as I understand, he was new to this position. I brought my truck to service two issues. One was simple. The other was puzzling but a serious issue. I had asked two other service managers about the serious issue but never got an answer. Scott came back with a similar response from the mechanic at first but I asked him to dig deeper researching it from a different angle. He got back to me with the perfect response after finding a service alert from the manufacturer. After a recall service the manufacturer made a software change that described my issue perfectly and explained the simple correction. At the bottom of the bulletin it said to put a copy in the glovebox of the vehicle. We were both pleased to discover the answer that wasn’t going to be fixed in the shop, like many things these days with the modern vehicles.

Emily was one of the most feelingless, unattentive service people I've ever met. It almost seemed like she went out of her way to do as little as possible, never explaining what was being done to my car, never telling me where my car was going to be when I was finished, I needed to ask where my car was, only to end up coming back because I guess the person was still delivering my car, and her overall attitude simply stinks. I'm not trying to be rude but it was and absolutely unpleasant experience. I most likely will never buy a car from a **** Hannah after my experience. I know that sounds extreme but it left a terrible taste in my mouth.

No I wasn't satisfied with the service I received. I dropped my truck in the morning and was told I'd be contacted by my service provider. That didn't happen. I drove over there the next morning only to learn that all the services I asked for hadn't been completed. To top it off I learned that I was charged full price and I didn't receive the military discount I was promised.

This is the worst service I have ever gotten from **** Hannah your service department and mechanics had my 2012 jeep wrangler for a week and just managed to try to figure out how a light bar was wired up when awls I ask is to get seals replaced so it would not leak anymore Kelsey Arnold text me on Monday after I dropped it off on Sunday I text back and called saying if you like to talk to me call me the text that she sent Me had no information on what she was wanting when I finally ended up going down there she said that she needed verification of fun OK of $400 to do work when I had already ok that previously and then when she tells me that her mechanic could not figure out how the light bar was wired up I figured you had incompetent mechanics they could not follow simple wire so I asked for my vehicle back without being fixed but yet they were able to disconnect my light bar and not do any of the work that I needed done and I still get charge for over $300 for nothing I Asked to be done that I needed done thank you **** Hannah thank you very much for the great workmanship that I did not receive
