My appointment was for just an express oil change at10:45, so I shouldn't have been at your facility until 1 pm! No reason that many people should have been there if you are making appointments. I presented a coupon, but since teila went to training, I had to tell the person who checked me out to correctly change my total. I plan to take my maintenance somewhere else, as today was totally unsatisfactory.

We just purchased this vehicle about a month ago at the tune of $49000 plus adding close to 4-5 thousand in extended warranties/ bumper to bumper, etc! It. had 22000 miles when we bought it! I arrived when the service advisor was at lunch. The associate that did the intake when I arrived did not tell the service advisor that I was waiting for my car. At no time while I waited did anyone let me know how long I would wait. My primary reason for having my car serviced was an old safety recall that needed to be done, I had the struts replaced and brought in my own parts. I had just taken delivery of the car so I requested a safety check as well. This cost me $60 for which I don't really know what I paid for.

It feels like **** Hannah Jeep really doesn’t care about the customer in real time. My daughter has had her Jeep for two years. She is 20 years old and still green in regards to car engines. She asked a question of the service counter about engine types: 4 cylinder vs 6 cylinder and was laughed at and then caught the service attendant whispering under her breath to the next attendant followed by more chuckles. This is so wrong.
Overall, issues we have had have not been addressed properly and it is very frustrating. The first issue that came up was a tire with low pressure. This was brought to the service departments attention and it took them three times to fix it. The first two times, she was told it was fixed. On the third visit for the issue she was told no one had ever put enough air in the tire.... it took three visits to do this?!?
This last visit she asked for a repair of the passenger seat belt that flashes “fasten passenger seatbelt” when someone over about 160# is sitting there, even though the seatbelt is fastened. She was told the issue could not be duplicated thus not fixed. As soon as my daughter got home, a friend got in and the warning lit up. I feel Jeep did not provide adequate service.

Kelsey dropped the ball. I was supposed to be scheduled in after July 4th. Never was called. When I called in Sept 7th to talk with Kelsey ( since she is person who always delt with me prior) couldn’t get a hold of her. Message was supposed to go to her to call me back, I again called in, this time she was away from desk. Like I said to Teila, I just want to get my truck fixed, it can’t be this hard. She apologized got me in on Saturday, recalls were finished. If there were more Chrysler dealerships in town I would have “moved on” but since there isn’t, this is my only option unless I go to Gresham which is way out of way. What ever happened to taking care of the customer...

Make sure even after a customer has a service done, paid. Etc that you still treat them like they are as important as a new customer and give full attention every time they come into **** Hannah. Listen to them and finish what you have started, especially when they come back in with an error the staff/company has made.
