Kelsey was great but the entire experience was frustrating and I should not have to bring a vehicle back multiple times. The set up for appointments is not a good experience and the lot is too crowded at the service entrance. Luckily it is a work truck but I will never buy a dodge or jeep if this is the place I have to take it to.

I have been a **** hannah customer for about 5 years now, starting with the subaru I purchased from you in 2013. I absolutely loved my service experience with Subaru, which ultimately what led me choose **** Hanna to purchase my be wrangler.
I wouldn’t say my service was horrible, it was just not nearly as accommodating as my experience in the past.
I was told I would have to leave my car for the majority of the day due to a recall. When I requested a loaner vehicle I was told that they were struggling to figure out who to give the last loaner car to, me or another customer. Because it wasn’t an option to not have a loaner car that day I said I would move my appointment to the following week to accommodate their issue. I understand the dilemma, but not many people like being told they are a lower priority than someone else.
When I brought my car in for my scheduled appointment I requested a loaner car again, after all I was being forced to come in for a recall and forced to be without a vehicle - not exactly convenient. I was told there were no cars available but I could get a shuttle in an hour - again not convenient.
The communication about the status of my car was pretty weak - it was all via text messages. I was told it would be a couple hours and someone would be in touch with me later that morning. I got a text message later asking if I had any questions - but no update on the car. At about 3:15 I texted (because that was the only form of communication I had received) to ask about the status and finally got an answer at 4:30 saying it was done.
While I understand your team is busy and texting is a valid form of communication- I was unimpressed with the lack of human interaction regarding my vehicle.

The initial experience with the dealership was greatly lacking. Nor able to talk to thre rep. directly 9/10 tries was frustrating. Getting a careful back didn't usually happen. Follow up when something was wrong was poor. My vehicle didn't have to be there more than three days compared to almost a month. At last Cindy hot uncooked and Things changed. Jeff followed up very well. It seems that having one person following on a car, not being able to talk to a mechanicor other person was challenging. The person and get team working on the car would have days off so I couldn't track to her and told the car couldn't be worked on till the team got back...all disappointing. The warrantee person also had frustration in communication.
More people working, tag teams and better oversight and follow ups would be suggested.
Thank you for getting me off on time in the end.

Kelsey is a very sweet girl , very professional, straight to the point type of person. I was given a time of 7:15 am to be there , which I thought was the time my Jeep was going to be serviced. Which it should of been !!!!!!!! But instead I was told that was check in time. There fore I waited 5 to 6 hours before anyone looked at my Jeep !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not to happy about that. !!!!!! The time you give people to be there should be the time the vehicle gets pulled in to be serviced !!!!

Poor communication, unanswered texts regarding service progress caused me to wait for hours, missing work, when I could have arranged to pick it up the next day. The staff is obviously overwhelmed. Also when I went to pay, I was told repair was $627, which I questioned, then it was “adjusted” to $574. I questioned it again and suddenly the repair cost $402 as originally estimated. Either this is a scam, or your system needs some serious review. Also some of the requested work was not addressed. Very poor experience.
