You did not respect my time. I scheduled an appointment and indicated I would wait at the dealership while the service was completed. I was given a two hour expected wait time for completion. In reality, the service took five hours. I should have been offered a rental car so I could go on about my day. I asked to speak to the service manager. He did not make himself available to me to hear my complaints. I was not offered a discount for having wasted an entire day at your dealership. This is no way to treat people. I will never return for service at your establishment. If you were short staffed, calls should have been made to reschedule appointments, or expectations set more realistically at drop off. I woukd have taken the shuttle home had I known how long the service would take. I had two dogs who are not used to being left home alone that needed caring for.

Agreed items to be done were not complete,
Light was on during picking up vehicle at end of second day of being without a truck. Had to come in a 3rd day brought it in at 830 since I was asked when I could take it in. Was told it would take maybe a hour or 2 so I leave my truck and call for a update every hour from 11am to 4pm with name and number left every time with no call back. My work day was over so I had the guy from work that picked me up drop me off at 5 pm on his way home. Asked if it was done and it hadn’t been checked on yet. Which is why I was trying to get a response all day via phone and via text if you have question text. So I was forced to wait and received the truck at 5:30pm as all that needed to be done was the abs needed to relearn to the updated ecu. Something that should have been done after the software update to assure the update was compete with no issues.
This was my first time to a dealership service department as I usually do them myself but I had 3 recalls that needed to be done free of charge so I gave it a go.
At the same time I decided to do the crazy overprice ****/ transfer / frt & rear diff fluid changes I got a update for needed maitanance for intake filter
Cleaned and re oiled for 140 bucks when a brand new filter is $80!?makes sense ?as well as a cabin filter I had accepted to
Have replaced. Although when pick up came that accepted request didn’t get complete.
