During phone call on the cause of the leak, I was asked if my vehicle had been through any other repair/maintenance due to findings that transmission fluid drain plug was not OEM. I told her only oil changes and asked her if it was covered by warranty, then her tone on the phone made me feel like she didn’t believe me. I had no problems accepting the fact that it would not be covered by warranty, and I was being completely truthful. It maybe wasn’t her intensions or perhaps I was misreading her tone but that was the vibe I received at the end of the call. Thank you.

Don’t need to be contacted. Already discussed with her. Didn’t think it was fair to be charged extra $145 to reprogram a part? Seems easy to Claire a reprogram fee to any part. Considering how much that small part cost so much.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed and I had to wait 2 hours. What is the point of making an appointment if I have to wait that long. Also, some of the staff was very rude to other customers in the waiting room. No one there was happy with there service and I am not sure if I ever plan on coming back to this dealership. This is not the first bad experience we have had.

I scheduled an appointment ahead of my arrival for 2:45 pm on Monday 9/30. I arrived a few minutes early and spoke with Cassandra and turned over my keys. In addition to the scheduled oil change, I asked to be shown what was wrong with the tailgate latch that had been previously looked at by a technician as I continued to have issue with the tailgate opening randomly. I went to the customer waiting area around 2:50 pm. Cassandra came over soon after and explained that there would be a charge if I wanted the technician to do any work on the tailgate and I said “I don’t want any work done, i just want to understand what was seen the last time I had the truck in as I was told that there was coating on the latch but I could not see where when I looked at the latches on the sides of the tailgate.” Approximately 20 - 30 minutes later, I was escorted out into the shop and observed that the tailgate was open and a panel had been removed, which I had not authorized. I could see what the issue was with coating having been applied to the latching mechanism behind the panel but it could have been explained to me without having to have removed the panel. I retuned to the customer waiting area. At approximately 5:55 pm Cassandra came to tell me that my truck was ready. I asked her at that time “why did this take so long?” She replied that she had spoken with the manager about the delay and said they are just slow today. I then was told I had to pay for the technician to remove the panel on the tailgate to show me the problem. I was extremely frustrated at the time so I chose not to say anything and just paid the bill so I could leave. I do not believe I should have to pay for something I did not authorize especially after telling Cassandra that I did not want to pay for any work on the tailgate and just wanted an explanation as to what had been determined at a previous visit to the service center. I also feel that the service performed on the vehicle should not take more than 3 hours. My personal time has value too which is why I scheduled the appointment. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at **** Hannah.

Never helped. Got ran around and then offered subpar help. If you wanted to upsell service by not completing a proper inspection on a used vehicle,especially brakes,we will never purchase a vehicle from **** hannah again

Took way too long. I was charged for two hours of labor when I know they drained both differentials at the same time. I was charged for 6 quarts of fluid when 5 was needed. I very rarely bring my truck in for service other than warranty work. The above mentioned is why. Kelsey was fine and did her job. Unfortunately she is working under your guidelines which in my opinion are a bit shady. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions ****-****-xxxx

**** Hannah Dodge is the sole reason we will never buy a Dodge in this area. 66% markup of parts is ludicrous, and your service manager is a twit. Your team misdiagnosed two separate issues, screwing over FCA for $1600 for a TIPM supply/install, then turning around to charge myself and my family over $1100 for another diagnostic charge, charging us $595 for a multifunction switch on the steering column (a part that costs $397 on FCA’s Mopar website, being told by the service manager that thought pay more for parts than the website (which was an outright crock of crap that spewed from her mouth), over $130 dollars for a rental car, down to one vehicle with two working parents for and additional 4 days and 14 hours sitting in your service lobby getting the run around. It is my truest of intent to let the general public know of your completely misguided business and practices. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I can only hope that karma tears her righteous head and makes your business feel the pain financially the way you prey and rip-off those that bring you business. **** Hannah Dodge is comparative to a massive, untreated hemorrhoid. To think your still in business is mind boggling.

Was there almost 3 hours for an oil change, dont even know for sure if it was done because I didnt get a windshield sticker for next service and my tires are still low. Very unsatisfied. As a disabled veteran I dont think I will use you again.

Slowest most inept service department I've ever seen. My experiences there since I bought my 2018 Ram has been negative every time. Cassandra was positive and as helpful as she could be but there's a flaw in the way that department is ran. Everybody I speak with in the waiting room has had similar experiences.

Only one thing and I know it wasn't Darin. How can you use upgraded parts that are required and the extended warranty won't cover the upgrade? This required additional charges or I would not have been able to get my car fixed correctly. I think that is so wrong. Of course I did the upgrade or I would not have had a car to drive.
