I SCHEDULED a standard maintenance on my Jeep Patriot, maybe an hours worth of work, after 3 1/2 hours, I was told I needed the power steering fluid flushed and the air filter replaced. I approved the work, so maybe another hours worth (so I was told). I was at the dealership for 7 1/2 hrs!! and all I got was a "sorry, there a communication mix-up", and they took 10% off the bill! 10% for WASTING more than 5 extra hours?? So slap me in the face for wasting my time, then slap me in the face again with a "meaningless" discount. Your whole service department needs to take a TCF class (and since you obviously don't know what TCF is; it is "Total Customer Focus"). I will not be bringing my Jeep back to your service department, until it is COMPLETELY overhauled with competent service consultants! I will also never buy another vehicle from **** Hannah dealerships, I would rather drive 100 miles out of my way to give ANY other dealership my business, than have to work with this one!

Our Jeep has issues with the AC and radio bringing it in and I picked it up the same way. Now I have to wait another three days until I have tome off from work to bring it back to be fixed for real this time. The check engine light came back on after I left the dealership. This is not service, it’s poor quality customer service.

The system you have for picking up my vehicle was terrible. I did not see my contact person and they couldn’t be reached by radio. I had to wait longer than I should have for someone else to finally look through the stack of paperwork on my contacts desk and call for my truck to be delivered for my pickup.
