lately Kelsey has had a very bad attitude, good thing I didn’t pick up the truck today or I would have brought Kelsey down off her high horse! She needs to understand when dealing with one of us she is dealing with both of us! I will not tolerate her rudeness! She might be having a bad day but leave it at the door!

I had to pay over $100 to be told about a seat heater that wasn't working, which I already knew about. That's why I brought it in. I have had to have all 4 bucket seat heaters fixed in our van and after fixing 3, they won't cover the 4th. I had been told that they would cover it, just like the previous 3.

Kelsey was great. She communicated with us while she had our Jeep, she ordered the parts we needed and sent a text when the parts came in and we scheduled the appointment. She made sure the service was complete. We really appreciate her.

Jeff was great and easy to work with. I liked him very much, and will enjoy working with him in the future. although the woman that works at the main desk wherever and transfers the call to whichever dept. or dealer is not very friendly and seems annoyed whenever I call and am trying to get ahold of the vw, Subaru, or ram dealer.

Telia was amazing to work with, I’ve had her the last two times I’ve had work done there, before that I always had a horribly poor view of **** Hannah, going back to 1998, after working with her the last two visits, I feel I’d actually consider shopping for new cars there, before working with her I wouldn’t have. Teila, was the only reason I answered yes. She was the best. The first three people I dealt with were not customer oriented. If you answer the phone you should be able to answer questions, you computer systems should be equipped to answer some questions, not tell someone they have to wait for 1 specialist, not good, and manager I spoke with was also not helpful and confrontational. Should de-escalate. Which is exactly what teila did. And turned a bad into a great.

The service was terrible, Crysler **** Hannah kept my car for over week with out any feed back I had to repeatedly call them for information, promises to contact me with info failure to do so. Finally after a week after their diagnosis telling me that my engine need to be replaced totaling 6,500 dollars. I will replace my engine but not with **** Hannah.

While we appreciate the work that was done on our vehicle, we are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication from our advisor, Kelsey. We had to initiate communication nearly every time we spoke. Voice messages were ignored and went unanswered. Not only is Kelsey lacking in this area, but even when we asked to speak to a service manager, we were met with silence. The receptionist offered no help in helping us obtain the status of our vehicle from anyone who could get it for us. Over the 4 weeks that our vehicle was at your facility, our frustration with your service department progressively increased. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to anyone we did speak to, no apologies or explanations were made. We will never work with this advisor again.
