Tech didn’t correct (find) the source (Freon low) for the reported A/C noise. Tech didn’t reset the oil change timer. Had to take car back for both to get fixed.

KELSEY WAS VERY NICE, AND PATIENT. MY RADIO SCREEN HAS BEEN DOING THIS BLACKOUT THING FOR 2 YEARS. NEVER WHEN SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS IT THOUGH. I PAID OVER $4800 for extended warranty and yet I still had to pay for the radio update. My spouse and I are Mopar fans, but I am highly disappointed in my Dodge Dart.
No reflection on Kelsey and the service she provided and sorry if this score does affect her personally. She should not be held accountable for a known issue with this car.

I I was promised of my loyalty rewards a free car wash in the last five years my wife and I have owned for different vehicles for **** Hannah and we have never yet to get our car washed I asked about it when I booked the appointment I asked about it in the morning when we did the oil change they claim they didn’t have any employees to do the car wash at this point I feel it’s better just to tell the people nothing then the tell them that you’re going to get them free car washes

I brought the van in to have the problem fixed with the way it was shifting. Picked it up and twice on the way home it did the same thing as before I dropped it off. Have to bring it back and hope it gets fixed this time.

My breaks now sound worse than they did before I brought the car in. There is a metal scraping sound that is constant while driving now. I had my front break pads and rotors done today. My back breaks done in December, also here at the dealership. Now I will have to come back again to get this fixed.

The first time I picked up my vehicle it was never actually fixed and after making several repairs I picked it up today and the service light came on as I was leaving the dealership just like the last time. I didn't have time to waste today but I will be bringing it back in Friday hoping it will actually be fixed. I also hated the text message check ins as no one actually responded to questions I had and would be surprised if anyone actually reads this.
