I paid for the service online before I arrived. Once Ibgot there, I had to Wait for a rep as Kelsy was in lunch break. When someone finally helped me, they asked for payment. I told Them I paid online. I signed a paper and was told my truck was being pulled up. It arrived 10 minutes later. What is the point of paying ahead of time if I still have to wait when I get there.
The work on the truck was fine.

The only thing that left me unsatisfied was when I got back into my truck after having it looked at, i had shoe scuff marks on the side panel near the footwell and driver door. I am guessing from the techs that were working on it. And my seat felt different... the leather was much more tacky. It almost feels like someone in greasy clothes was working on it.

Was messaged at least 3 times if I was going to keep my appointment. I replied yes I kept my end of the deal up. I had to wait longer than told nobody would even ask if I was being helped until after I was there 20 minutes. Was then told to wait another 15 minutes. After half an hour was told my truck was complete.
Then to find a part on the recall list was not even in and I would have to come back and do it all over again. Why did you have me come in if the parts weren’t even there you had a week to get them. I will never go to another **** Hannah establishment again. There were other customers I witnessed being ignored and disrespected in the waiting area where there were no cups for a cup of water
Unsatisfactory unsatisfied and utterly disgusted thanks but no thanks.

When we picked up the Jeep, some of the settings had been changed. My wife doesn't drive this unit much, so I had to turn around and come back to reset them for her so she could drive it home. Just an inconvenience that didn't need to be!

First of all I would like to say **** Hannah's people were very professional and polite my only issue was with the technicians unable to verify all my electronics failing because of the rain water getting in from the plugged up drain hole for the sunroof most of my issues lie with my insurance carrier I'm very unhappy with them other than that **** Hannah's people where helpful & polite

I believe Kelsey was trying very hard to do a good job. I don’t think she had the backup to do so. I was told (when I bought this truck) that car washes would be done during service visits. The service department was either understaffed or overbooked, were too busy to wash my truck. I had called for this service last week, but I was not in a hurry to get it done so scheduled to bring it in first thing Monday at 7:30 am.

Daylan was very nice. Great friendly person, I when I went to pick up my truck I had to stand there and wait a little bit because the girl that sits to the right update on the desk was on her computer basically ignoring that I was standing there then another girl came in talk to her for a minute and went to her desk two over and then saw I was standing there and asked me if I'd been helped? Everybody was really friendly there except for that first girl she looked at me a couple times but she never said a word. I thought that was a little odd to be standing there or not have right ask me what I needed. Again Daylan was really friendly

My vehicle was at the shop all day and it was not serviced. Only 1 recall was done, and it was on the windshield wiper! I did not receive an oil change or a diagnostic test. The reason I came in was because my car stopped in the middle of rush hour and lost power entirely, that wasn't even looked at. Now I have been rescheduled to come back. I dont know why my car was there all day and nothing was done.
