Felt bad for Emily. She had 100 tasks on fire while I watched several employees just standing around. Management needs to address this because what should have taken half an hour (assess if I needed an oil change) took 2 hours today, and that's after I insisted on Emily providing me an answer by standing at her terminal (I had to leave for an appointment). This is the 2nd incident I've experienced lack luster service from this dealership and I am questioning whether or not it's worth being a patron elsewhere.

I was told a simple oil change and recall would take 1-2 hours. After 4 hours they return my car without any paperwork stating they will email it to me. I never received an email, and I didnt get a sticker to let me know the mileage for my next oil change. I called and asked to speak to a Service Manager the next business day inquiring about my paperwork and never received a call back. I don’t think anything was done on my car and I am 10% dissatisfied.

You need to get a full time person for washing vehicles! Excuse's on a ongoing base! Is getting old! Your service package is expensive! To be competive , a wash is important! I had to make a pest out of myself to get my Ram cleaned! Waited a exta hour! The young lady did a excelent job! She is a keeper! My tires were supposed to be rotated and never were but said they were. I have markings on one tire and that tire is still in the same position. So makes me wonder if everything they say they did to my vehicle actually got done. I don’t trust this place to save my life
