Kelsey was very attentive and her follow through with the status of my vehicle repair. She ultimately gave me a loaner car and took care of my Jeep repair. She was also very pleasant throughout the process. However, when I initially worked with Jeff when I dropped off my car on Thursday, he told me the Jeep would be ready Friday afternoon. When I had not heard from him by 3:15 pm on Friday (close to when the shuttle service ends), I called him. He advised me that the part was broken and that they would need to get a replacement part and that it would be ready Saturday. He did not offer a loaner car, given the inconvenience, and didn't seem to care that he failed to update me in a timely manner. KIRI T

On April 24th you repaired my tailgate check strap. Six weeks later it broke. I made an appointment for June 7th and was on time. I waited three hours before you even looked at it and told me you didn’t have all the parts. I had to come back a third time on June 18th. It appeared to be fixed. But two days later I opened the tailgate and noticed that the socket box was not put back together and a part is missing and the pry tool was left in my car. Total sloppy work.
