Just wondering if anyone test drove it after the work was done? Yes, no error messages or diag codes anymore, and clearly not misfiring as severely as it was, but still misfiring upon acceleration. You can easily hear it as well missing at idle. Thank you though for getting it in as soon as you did, but I don’t think I’m done. I don’t want to mention the sticker price for what appears to have been a simpler job. Not sure what I’m going to do next.

This was the second time I brought my car in for recalls.
The first appointment I took my car in only to be called an
hour later to be told you didn’t have the parts. Hmmm.
This last time I had asked for shuttle service. I arrived a
few minutes before my appointment and asked what time
my shuttle would be there. I was told 815, not bad since
my appointment was at 800. At 845 I went in to ask if my
shuttle was indeed coming. Yes I was told but not until
945. No apology. I decided to Uber home. Still no apology.

The lady that gets your keys and deals with you doesn’t seem like she likes her job. Each time I go in she’s just mildly rude. I told her about an error code that keeps popping up on my dash and it’s a pain - I think there is a recall issue on my vehicle but I don’t like bringing it up to her because she yelled at me the one time I brought it up. She told me I went mudding in my jeep. I actually just drive it up and down my driveway. My girlfriends 2017 Chevy Cruz doesn’t have the same issue. Dirt gets on the anti-lock brake sensor and it pops up that the swerve control and downhill ascent feature as well as the anti lock brake becomes disabled.
My trips to get my oil change are free right now so it’s tough to complain. But she ****.
Also it took like 2 hours to get my oil changed/ guy doing the work was really nice - he apologized and said he was the only one working.
Weird that a Chevy Cruz has less problems with dirt than a 2017 Jeep Rubicon Recon.

First, my initial appt was on Friday, June 15th. I left my van and used the shuttle. All good so far. I was returned by shuttle to pick up van after it received a new wheel, tire, hub and tire sensor. Before I left lot, tire sensor indicator came back on. Jeff helped this day. Said to return, no appt necessary.
Saturday, arrived at 130pm. Shawn said it would take 30-60 minutes. An hour later, he said it was ready. That was pushing the time limit. I started van and tire pressire light came on. Back to Shawn. ANOTHER hour and a half (4pm by now), no update. I asked for my van to leave. He was dealing with another client but called for van. ANOTHER 30 minutes, I called his name and demanded my van. Finally, 5 minutes later it came. He said the tire indicator they'd installed Fri was faulty. I left.
Tiday, I called three times, once for Service dept. Left a message; no call back. Second time, call3d Parts to see if part was ordered. Told it was in stock. Third time, I called to make an appt. I was told I'd had one for this morning. Well, no one bothered to tell me nor call to follow in a "no show." I made a new appt.for June 26th. Once issue resolved, I won't be back.
Oh, also, the price quoted to my husband, who did say it would need a tire sensor, was $600.00 lower than the bill.

I have spoken with Cindy from the service department in depth about my displeasure upon multiple visits in the last 3 months over a single issue that still to this day is unresolved.
Visit one. My rear parking sensors needed service. I scheduled an appointment to have them serviced. I was told the sensors needed to replaced and ordered with 2 week wait. They were delivered.
Second visit. They needed to be painted to match the chrome bumper. They couldn’t get it done thay day. Wait till they were painted and then come back.
2.5 weeks pased. No call, nothing. I called instead. Was told the sensors were the wrong type and needed to be ordered that they would be painted. Wait 2 weeks.
Third visit. Sensors replaced but didn’t work. Was told needed a new module due to compatibility issues. Wait 2 weeks. I got a call but by this time I had a very busy schedule. I decided to wait to coincide with an expected oil change. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change, module replacement, and my blue tooth wasn’t working now.
Fourth visit. Oil change completed and paid for. Module was replaced but sensors not working. Now needed a harness to be installed. Harness installed. Was told also that two more sensors needed to be replaced. Radio was said to be internal issue and now needs to be replaced as well. Picked up vehicle after fourth visit. Noticed the sensors had been painted but very bad quality with streaks running edges and non matching colors. Discussed issues with Jeff Roberts. He told me it was scratched when it was installed. Waiting two weeks again for a radio, two new sensors.
I am now waiting on a 5th visit with still the same issue and waiting on another part. I take time off work to make time to drop off the vehicle. At this point I have used a half day of vacation time between 4 visits leaving me $800 without pay.
My experience has been the worst time I have ever encountered between delayed call backs, waiting on deliveries and once getting the parts installed in very poor quality. I can only be thankful this is all covered under warranty or my frustration may be beyond a boiling point.
I never recieved an apology or any sort of reimbursement for time and unresolved issues to this date until I called Cindy.
I feel I have been lied to. I feel like the sensors I have today are not the ones that should be in there and it was a quick fix to get the job done on a single day. I have nothing to feel otherwise based on my experiences.
I would at this point expect a quicker delivery of parts, installed correctly with high quality and completeness, an email explaining how this occurance happened and what steps will be taken to remedy future issues.
