Shawn is fantastic. I spent about 40 of my 43 working years in sales/customer service, with multimillion dollar accounts and clients such as General Electric and Siemens, and I would rate Shawn in my top 3 for how he handles customers and engenders trust. If I were not retired, I would hire Shawn away. However, I have deep concerns about the management at this dealership, and I am worried about the future. Shawn has a limited scope of authority. I have already noted some serious indifference to customers at your lowest levels, as well as with management. I would be happy to discuss these concerns with any of you if you would care to call me or meet with me. However, based on my experiences so far, I don’t expect to hear from you. I don’t expect your additional survey will wind up anywhere but in a “dead” data base that no one reads, so I am not sure I will waste my time with it when it comes. Primarily, it is because I see no signs, based on my experiences thus far, that there is any interest on your dealership to actually take any action to improve customer service. I still have hope that there is another “Shawn Smith” somewhere in the management level at this dealership that I communicate with to alleviate my fears of the future.

Lack of communication to customer was told truck was done and wasn’t no inspection of rig before customer is too pick up to make sure it is done customer calls in and fills like your getting run around.very seldom get return text or call’s.

Customer service rep was great but your service their ****. Every time I have left my vehicle there I can never get a wash and left it there for a few days and I got it looking like crap dirt under the trunk like I just sat in you back lot collecting dust truly regret working with this dealer and can’t even fix my fuel leak issue thanks for nothing

Today was a good experience not like a few months ago from the sales people I was dealing with when I wanted to trade my jeep. I had my belongings in the new vehicle until I saw different numbers on the paperwork I was about to sign. I of course backed out, the next day I got a call from someone else still trying to sell me the new jeep. And he called me stupid right then and there I decided I wouldn't deal with your salesman. Your top show person was excellent on the test ride answered all my questions but your salesmen not again. Plus people should not have to deal with several people. When I bought my jeep patriot I didn't feel that pressured, I will keep my jeep patriot.
I have dealt with **** Hannah for many years and still get my service done there but won't deal with the salesmen. Just pushed jeep not any thing else on the lot that night ha. I wanted to reach out to a higher person but nobody would give me that answer either only another salesman.
One thing your service department has been great so far

When I showed up to drop off my Jeep the service rep was rude when she asked me what we were doing, while I understand confirming what work is being done I feel she should have known the plan and not given me attitude about it and argue with me about having the mirror done when it was all part of the initial appointment scheduled. While my Jeep was there being serviced I received a voicemail about a change needed in the work done regarding the mirror. I sent a message back to the text thread I had received when I dropped it off and then called back and left a message for Teilia as she wasn’t available. I did not receive any further communication via phone text or email. I had text asking for update with no response. I finally called at the end of the day and was told my service rep Teilia was out today and my car was assigned to another rep and she would be calling me right back. She did and informed me my vehicle was ready. When I got to the service department to pick up my Jeep I asked the first person I saw at the first desk inside the service drop off area if this is where I go to pick up my car or do I need to go somewhere else. She said to just go to My service rep, I had a no idea who my service rep was as Tekia was out and I didn’t see names on the stations to know where to go.
My frustration stems from the initial attitude about my mirror work to be done when I did as I was told on the phone when scheduling and then the lack of communication. Why send me an initial text stating to text with any questions but then never respond to my texts?

Mary was very cordial & didn't have a problem with her. I was quoted $39.95 for an oil change & ended up paying over $60. I also asked to have my air conditioner checked which wasn't done. Plus they came back to me with over $1000 things wrong with my vehicle. The last time I had my oil changed at ur facility when I got it back it had been washed. This time it wasn't. I feel the service has gone downhill. I am very dissatisfied & will never use or reccomend u to anyone. I came back because of the service I got the first time. This time the service was over charged & horrible. How can u treat a senior lady that is on a limited income that way?

Last time we were there for a recall the process was horrible at best. It took nine month to do the recall that was considered hazards to those driving, but we had few options with having jobs and all. This time we were pleased. Heater stopped working with only 5,000 miles on the jeep. It was repaired after two hours.
