Alyssa continues to be great. Unfortunately the people who actually work on the car have failed yet again. My car was in yet again became whoever worked on it last time scratched my wheel and replace a part they broke. It was supposed to be washed and vaccumed. The wheel was replaced with another scratch hed wheel. The part was it replaced. AMD the car was not washed not vaccumed and it took two weeks with no communication for the service center to not do what they were supposed. So now my car is back in yet again. This is the worst service center I've ever had to deal with.

It’s nice to see that Kelcey is still my service manager as it seems like **** Hannah has an extremely high turnover rate. She does an amazing job and I believe it would be in the best interest of our company to start looking at keeping your quality employees.
