When I came in to pick up my car they couldn’t find my keys. I waited for over 15 minutes and still they have no clue. So I have an extra set in my purse. I go out to the car and unlock it. Go back and let them know I’m going home and they need to find my key. It also had my house key on the fob. I walk back to my car and someone locks it. Hmmm I look around. I walk back in and let them know what happened. They don’t seem to concerned. I leave and go home. I get a phone call later that my keys were found. I ask where. Outside is all they tell me. I have to make another trip back to pick up my keys. No compensation for any of this. In fact I still had to pay $76 for my oil change.

Schedules appointment for my 3 year 30k service and and recall for my 2015 ram 2500. Was told around a 3 hour wait. No prime said it was dome but the service was never done.
Also when you started the truck the change oil message she's up. You would think they would of notic3s that. But my low washer fluid warning was on but they did fill that.
Now will have to reschedule my serve.

The guy that helped me was really good. I told him I was in a hurry and they finished it really fast. When I got there I vented to him about the terrible tires that came on my truck that were bald at 15,000 miles. He listened and was nice about it even though I know he can't do anything about it. I wish dodge would just spent a little more money on the tires they put on their new trucks since most people who buy them are using them to haul or tow things. Anyway your guy there that helped me was very good and I will definitely come back if u have a coupon for oil change etc.

I have been getting my oil changed at **** Hannah since the purchase of my Jeep and it has always been a wonderful experience.on 4/27 I was the first in line and the last to get acknowledged. I sat as the service people assisted people behind me and next to me. Finally a gentleman approached me and asked if I had been helped and I replied no. He stated he would find someone. He also said that the other people had appointments and thats why they were serviced first. Even if I had an appointment no one acknowledge me to find out.After awhile Beth approached me and I shared my frustration and she proceeded to share how she had a difficult time helping a man who was deaf. I stated that I understand about people having appointments it just would have been nice if someone approached me and shared that information. Beth imediately said well it would have been nice if someone had helped me with the deaf man. I told her I felt her response to my customer service complaint was completely inappropriate. She tried to apologize but she expressed how she really felt. I left **** Hannah feeling like she said so what I needed help too and didn't get it either.

Was not detailed at all.seat covers had stains and grease marks.garbage left in vehicle. Chrysler got me in elsewhere in hopes they have COMPETENT SERVICE AVAILABLE. In my slightly under a dozen interactions with you people I find insufficient proof of intelligent life. Nice? Sometimes. Good service? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Yeah, RIGHT. For example, your web site claims a free car wash with each servic visit. I even made sure they put it on the ticket once. A one fingered man could count every car wash you’ve given me and have a finger to spare! Idiots! Dolts! Buffoons, every last one of you. Life is to short for such heinous ****!
