I noticed upon receiving my truck there was a round circular piece of plastic on the floor of the passenger side. I did think much of it until Driving a few miles away from the dealership my glove box popped open. I pulled over and attempted to close it. It would not close and latch and it appeared the box casing itself had been snapped from what held it to the area it was supposed to be secured to. Given the fact the light stats on when it’s open and I didn’t want the battery to drain I had to duck tape the button down to shut the light off
At my next available break at work approx 2:30 pm I called the service department and asked when a passenger airbag recall part is replaced is it somehow associated with removal or altering the position of the glove box and I was told no. I was told I could come back to have it looked at but not to come back today. I could come back Saturday and closer to 7:00 am open time so I could get in and out quicker as Saturday’s are busy. No appointment was set.
Why should I have to inconvenience myself on one of my only days off on a weekend to navigate around a problem created by the service tech? In addition I had my oil changed on this visit. I received a bill and paid it but my original oil sticker I’m my windshield is still from the prior place I had it changed at and was not **** Hanna. Where’s the reminder?
I need better “nice” service. I would expect that all these issues will be fixed at my convince, not the Dealership’s.

My car was not fixed. I went to pick it up and it had a dead battery and the blue tooth was not working as it was never fixed. A tech came out and I showed him it wasn’t working so it’s still in your shop after almost two week. I did pay my $100 deductible so once it’s fixed please see that I paid for it. Also, I would appreciate an update on the status. I am going to need a rental car now as I have been without a vehicle for quite a while. Please contact me at ****-****-xxxx. Thank you.
