The service on the car was great, and the car feels a lot better, my only complaint is that I was given 3 different ETA’s and had to miss work because I was told that it would be complete in the morning when it wasn’t done until :530 that night. I get there was a lot of work to be done with the car, but if there isn’t a definite ETA, don’t give one. Other than that, my experience was great!

I had just washed my truck before I brought it in. When I get it back there are greasy hand prints all over my hood. I could have sworn I read that a Courtesy wash comes with services. Maybe at least get the mechanic s to wipe their hand prints off.

They gave me an oil change. Car wash.and supposedly 90 point check on vehicle. As I was driving home I remembered that my windshield wiper was in shreds .which happened last week..but wondered to myself why it was not caught during the safety checks...and makes you wonder what WAS actually checked

I got the paperwork and it said I had deferred things that they noticed needing done and No one even mentioned these things to me in person. Air filter, transmission flush, brake flush? Had they asked I probably would have made an appt to have some of the additional work done.
