Alyssa was so helpful, and she had quite her hands full with us and trying to get the warranty company to cover the services that they needed to. I was in town from East Idaho with my 3 young children and was nervous to drive all the way back by ourselves. She kept me constantly updated as my car was in the shop for 3 days.

First-time customer didn't know how the service department operates. Forgot to ask how long it would take to repair my vehicle wound up being three and a half hours would have gone home if it was going to take that long I forgot to ask and no one told me. At the end when my car was done someone drove it up front and parked it in front of the building I was waiting on the side for a while wondering where my car was then I saw it sitting up front and went up to Eliza and got the keys didn't know how you do things there lots of wasted time waiting maybe better next time if I have to come back
