I wasn’t very pleased with having to argue with a service rep to get my vehicle back in the condition it was delivered. I feel like there could have been much better communication as to how much I would be paying to get a diagnosis done.

The person who helped me the last two times my car was being serviced never made me feel comfortable, heard or like my business mattered. I really didn't trust him. Kelsey was recommended and she was fabulous!! She took the time to show me where the leaks were so I could feel confident the work was warranted. She was friendly and patient and when I remembered there was a recall, after all the work was finished, she acted like it was no big deal to take it back and complete that work too. She certainly is an asset to your company!!

Driving as much as I do for work, I’m pretty keen on knowing when my vehicle needs some attention. This last visit I expected the worst as my sixth sense was telling me I had some real serious issues. I wasn’t mistaken in that regard, however I was mistaken on the cost. Kelsey managed to take care of all my vehicles issues and have me back on the road without skipping a beat. She was very informative and explained what was happening with my vehicle and why throughout the entire service visit. After all the stress knowing about all the issues I needed to address on this visit, somehow Kelsey managed to put my mind at ease knowing that my vehicle was in good hands, and also knowing that in the slim chance something did go awry, she would not haggle me about getting it fixed. It’s customer service like that which keeps me coming back to **** Hannah. Thanks Kelsey!
