The approach to the service doors were blocked by an excessive number of cars, trucks a people. Had to get out of my truck and ask if it was possible to move some of the cars so I could get my truck into serve. Staff was helpful but could not get truck washed due to the long wait. After the truck was serviced and pulled up front it took 15 minutes for the technician to send the info needed for me to pay. Truck had plastic and dirty paper liner on the floorboard which I had to take out and walk into service to put in the trash. No service tag with next oil change mileage was put in the inside window. When I finally paid my bill and was able to leave I waited 10 minutes for a tow truck to load a car as it was blocking the exit row and some idiot parked their car in the exit row blocking everyone. Overall the service, sales and body shop area was a complete mess and the employees seemed as if it was normal. Not what I expected from a **** Hannah dealership and it’s clear their was/ is a lack of serious, customer service and care. Please feel free to call me if you have questions.

I started out with a different service advisor and things started out very poor. For reasons unknown to me, I was reassigned to Cindy and the clouds parted and the sun shined through. Wow, what a difference! Coming to **** Hannah has always been stressful and a bit combative experience but Cindy changed the experience around this time. Better keep this woman, have her train the others in customer service. Seriously, I never thought I would be able to say this about the service department. She was phenomenal! Thank you Cindy!

I got a text saying you did some 48 point inspection and everything passed, so I called and asked if they updated the uconnect software or checked for fault codes, because I did a fault code check the day before, and it was telling me that the ESM or fuel injector number 7 was bad. That's the main reason for bringing the car in because it's really been driving like crap, misfiring etc When I asked the lady if they checked the fault codes she said no, and then I get a text message later again with 4 things that were bad on the car with new charges. What the hell is going on in this place. Why tell me you did a 48 point inspection, but when I asked if you did a couple things that Were on the list of the inspection uconnect, ecm etc you did not. Sigh, I know why because some lazy **** or ran out of time fixing my recalls or didn't want to fix something under the powertrain warranty sigh...also I was told by her the reason why I had those codes was because my odb2 reader wasn't as good as theirs...Why lie and say you did something when you didn't? I'm retired from the Army and this is the first time dealing with **** Hannah. I'm probably not coming back. No integrity, just excuses. They're like the POS soldier.

My truck DID NOT have a check engine light on prior to bringing it in. When my fiancé picked it up the **** check engine was on. Apparently my truck needed to be jump started and I have NEVER had an issue starting my vehicle. Jeff lied and said he wasn’t the first person to start the truck, that his tech started it who “noticed” the check engine light but my fiancé watched Jeff start it. A shuttle was suppose to be taking my fiancé home and jeff informed me that my fiancé said he had a ride but in reality he didn’t and he ended up walking home. Jeff lied about that as well. My fiancé was called about the check engine light when I speciafically informed the staff that I was to be called NOT my fiancé and we were charged for diagnostic testing when I was told it would be free. I am beyond irritated with you guys! My truck has never had issues and now that I have gotten it back from you guys the check engine light is on and apparently my truck wouldn’t start. Your staff are a bunch of liars and I am pissed off about this visit. I don’t normally complain but this is ****. I hope someone will call me regarding this because this is frustrating.

Excellent service experience. Alyssa B Frampton was prompt professional and did excellent custom/dealer interaction updates and feedback. Fast vehicle service and probably the best I have had at **** Hannah. Updated new service check in procedure email contact and easy point of pay has been a great new feature. Service was complete except for the vehicle hand wash and complete vehicle vacuum. It was explained that **** Hannah can not do this service due to cold weather and temperatures in the wash bay facility as there is no heat for your employees in the wash bay.No we owe offered thus service is incomplete for 2/26/2018. I find it hard to believe that **** Hannah is too cheap to correct this issue. How do you deliver new vehicles and provide Loyalty Customer Service? I have addressed this issue to your service manage and sales manager by email. Copy provided below- Ken I had my vehicle/wifes/ in for service. We are both **** Hannah Loyalty customers. We were advised that our Chrysler 300C could not be hand washed and vacuumed due to the wash bay closure due to the temperatures and that **** Hannah is too cheep to provide heated work environment for its employees. This should be covered by our Loyalty customer benefits as well as the coupon used at time of service. Please advise and schedule when we can return to complete this portion of our vehicle service.
