I brought the jeep in for white smoke.Overall the engine start up is as it was before the white smoke issue. I am unsure why it would be returned with noise that was not present previously.It has an insane rattling noise coming from the rear of the vehicle that was not there before. I would appreciate someone taking a look at it. It is pretty quiet in drive but immediately makes noise in reverse and drive.

I arrived a little bit before seven to drop my car off and there was no envelopes in the box and when I went to knock on the door the lady that opened it was fairly rude and dismissive until she found out there was no envelopes but did not apologize for her attitude. Also I felt that was overpriced for what I received. I got an oil change and 100,000 mile check up and it cost me $230. I will not be using your service again because I do believe a nice

After the service I went to an independent place to change all the recommended fluids for a third of the price. They provided twice the information you did in replacing my engine. You left a broken radiator cap, and cracked my windshield. At least there is a 2 year warrantee. I will never use you again. Kelsey, who ended up helping me was fantastic,were as Jeff up priced and gouged me at all costs.
