I asked for shuttle because I was told my car would take all day. I was told shuttle would be there at 0815 when it came I was told that wasn't my shuttle next one would be there soon at 0900 I ask about it was told it would be there 0915 which it was and gave me ride home. I was home 10 minutes and got text that my car was ready so I ended up taking lyft back to get my car. I would have been perfectly happy waiting for my car if it was gonna be done by noon and I told the guy that helped me that.

Dakota helped in explaining how the call center works. I was quoted a price for an oil change with my truck and when I brought it in for service he helped me get to as close to the price I was quoted as he could. The call center had no clue what type of truck or oil I needed even though she was looking at my truck from being in the service department before. She quoted me a price and it was $50 more when I arrived. Thanks to Dakota for getting close to the quoted price.

I brought my chrylser in for airbag replacement (recall) upon picking my vehicle up, I was informed I need a transmission service, brake fluid service,coolant flush, differential fluid change,an alignment,and new tires. The only thing even resembled the truth about this were that I'm up for new tires. Also.... suspiciously my check engine light was on...which your staff would be able to check for me for $82.80. So I left. I had the codes pulled the next day. It was 8 different codes ranging from engine misfire, com error to transmission ect. When I had the codes erased...funny they haven't come back. Nor has my car EVER thrown an engine code. The problem here is, along with purposefully tripping engine codes on my car,the form they gave me showed an inspection was performed and it failed for all the requested repairs. A funny story...the transmission is 1k miles new. Replace by swienharts. The coolant is 5k miles old along with the brake fluid. And the alignment was done 1k miles ago. If your tech had simply checked any of these things, they'd have realized presenting me with paperwork stating these things need fixed would be paramount to theft. So no. Your service dept it laughable. And I'll be calling Dodge/Chrysler to see about having my airbags checked by a reputable service dept. Let's hope your "crew" actually preformed the recall repairs I was there for.

I was told when my part came in would be called to schedule appointment. I called back over a week later to find out that I could schedule. I was also told that after the BCM was replaced my daytime running lights that I had you guys enable in coding was working properly, nope that didn’t happen either. I guess I should just be happy my headlights work
