I had to come in to talk with the service department to explain my dissatisfaction with scheduling my jeeps recall fix. The lack of follow through was very unprofessional. My time is valuable. It took three attempts to get my jeep in and the recall parts replaced. The most displeasing thing was that they fail to inform me the part was not in when I showed up have it serviced for the recall so I had to reschedule again to get the part installed.
