Kelsey was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle repaired in a timely manner and kept us up to date along the way. She was always cheerful and kind and even helped us to coordinate getting our vehicle towed in and a car rental on a Saturday night before closing. This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had at **** Hannah service. I will definitely be coming back!

Shawn wasn't on when I picked up my car.I wish he was so that I could thank him in person. I really appreciated his communication skills. The person I checked out with made me feel kinda nervous.I didn't feel he was very curtious. He wasn't rude but had very little if any empathy when asked about a car wash.Nonetheless Shawn was awesome.

I was told that there probably wouldn't be a charge for looking to see if my tire was causing the shaking steering wheel. I mentioned that it'd be nice if while they had it up if they could see if the long catalytic part looked new- I explained that an out of town place fixed it. Kelsey came and told me that there wasn't a charge then when I went to leave said she forgot that the mechanic checked the catalytic converter and it is tunnkng just fine. I reiterated that I just wanted it looked at to see if it looked new. She said yes it was. I left feeling like she was going to get that $69.+ out of me one way or another and don't feel like that was a service. She was able to get $74. today, but lost some of my trust during that process. I would be more willing to do things like brake fluid flush/replaced etc if I felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of. I'm not really mad, just disappointed. I'm really trying to find a good place I can trust.
