Had full inspection done of vehicle. Was told everything was checked. Front end rattle wasnt diagnosed, mileage wasnt changed enough for a test drive to have been done. Can confirm that headlight high beams, washer fluid, rear left tire, heater, and tire pressures were not checked. Seems like quite a bit of the list was overlooked considering there was broken parts that somehow got a "pass" from the tech. Teila did great and was super friendly. My inspection issue was with the tech. Thanks looking for another dealership to re check the truck as I don't trust the report given to me.

They were unable to do car washes on this day so I wasn’t completely satisfied but I was very satisfied with my serice. She gave me exemplary service and I’m appreciative for it. Jeff was nice and polite, but the ‘service’ you provide is a scam. I know from personal experience the time it took to diagnose the problem I had with my wipers would take no more than 15 minutes (because an unskilled person such as myself found the problem within that time). In fact I mentioned what was wrong when I brought the vehicle in, and yet I was initially charged for an hour of labor to diagnose and reassemble the cowl. Apparently it is customary to rip off customers. And as such I will never purchase another vehicle from **** Hannah (I’ve purchased two) and I will especially never have my vehicles serviced there. Thanks for confirming the stereotype thst dealerships are crooks.
