We stood in front of all the desks in service department for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone would help us. The two ladies on the end desk were to busy shopping online. You hear their conversation which ones better? Chewys or Amazon? Nice! Then when we did get help one lady was rude and snapped at me over towing bill. This has nothing with the guy who worked on our truck. I will most likely never do business with **** Hannah again. I have never had this bad customer service before. I could keep going but way to much to type but one thing I will say when someone calls for help for towing you should probley give them the complimentary towing number instead of some joe blow n then not snap at them n treat them like theyre stupid because they didnt look in their driver mannuel for towing number. Yah thats what youre thinking when youre in your brand new truck w less 9000 miles broke down

Your phone system is awful!! My service experience stretched from one day to five! In that time, while trying to get updates on my vehicle, I spent 10-15 minutes ON HOLD at least 4 times in the middle of my busy work day. Then, once I was able to talk to someone, since my representative was “off today”, for two consecutive days, nobody could give me accurate information. It was extremely frustrating and I would rate the experience as very poor. I will say when my representative, Alyssa was available, she seemed competent and pleasant. You can’t leave people on hold like that.

My husband brought our Jeep in to have some routine maintenance done on it yesterday . He was told we would be needing new tires in the near future. He spoke to someone about a “ rewards program “ ( which we signed up for ) in which we are supposed to get a free set of new tires for being a loyal customer and having all of our maintenance done as scheduled with your shop . He was told they would need to check into it . We have NOT heard back about that . We would appreciate an answer be it yes or no AND an explanation if the answer is no . Thank You

The issue I brought truck in to have fixed was not corrected (tire sensor), and was attributed to low tire pressure. None of my previous information was “in the computer “ although I bought the truck there and have had it in the shop multiple times. We have had issues with every tire sensor on this truck and find it irritating that the last one was attributed to low pressure incorrectly. Now I will have to spend more of my valuable time to bring it in again. Additionally, as a rewards member, this is the third time I have got my truck back dirty (no car wash).

I was thrilled that they were able to get my car in right away today after having my entire day put on hold for the unexpected repair. Kelsey had a great attitude and was very positive and upbeat. I couldn't have been happier with her willingness to problem solve so that I could get my daughter from school on time and get all three of my children safely home. She even texted to make sure we made it home safe. When I began to panic about the cost right asst Christmas, she was very helpful by suggesting the finance option and helping me get it underway quickly and easily. My window is fixed and works like new and I'm very happy about that.
The only thing that I'm disappointed in is throughout the whole experience, I was repeatedly brushed off on time. I gave her the original two hours that she told me it would take before I even came back to the building. When I first got back, she ran by men in the waiting area and told me she had an update but then disappeared for 30 minutes. Numerous times, I was told "it's almost done" or "I'll be right back" only to have her disappear for 30 minutes or more. Had she been mire honest with me that it was going to take until almost 6 p.m., I could have made other arrangements so that our entire day wouldn't have gone to waste. I'm a pretty busy mother of four and always needing to problem solve scheduling issues, but I felt pretty powerless today because I kept getting told that it was almost done, or would only be 2 hours and then one more hour.
