Many reason the latest is final detailing. The car inside windows are not nor ever were clean. A scratch was not noticed after the quick detail it was give. Other issues about the purchase I will save for now.

My service manager originally promised to list a concern and it’s resolution on my final paperwork. When I picked up the truck the next day, when she was no longer working, I noticed it was missing. I was able to get the replacement service manager to do the write up for me, however.
