I work for another dealership and she called me in regards to a service contract of a mutual customer of ours. She was very polite,professional, quick and friendly when she was speaking with me requesting the customers information. I had a recall on my vehicle and I didn't even hesitate reaching out to her for help. Again, as a customer she was polite,professional,quick and friendly while assisting me in my car needs. She is a definately an asset to your company.

They had my car from 7am until I got there at 4:50pm. When she called them to bring my car up, they said it still needed to go thru the car wash. I didn't have time to wait. They told me a car wash was provided, and had my car for 10 hours, but did not wash it. Very dissapointed.

Almost my whole experience was unpleasant today. I was very disappointed with the communication with the service of my car. I dropped my car off and 5 hours later still had heard nothing. When I called I was unable to get ahold of Kristin and was not helped. I had to have my husband call which just solidified the stereotype that woman get worse customer service and pushed around when dealing with cars. 8 hours later I was finally contacted and my car was completed. I could say more but bottom line communication with service should be improved.

I brought my daughters dart in for a check engine light. I asked for it to be looked over as it’s close to 36k miles. I told the advisor that was there the night before my appointment that the car didn’t need an oil change. The next day I received a text update with a invoice to approve work. That was for a thermostat due to the check engine light and $80 for a oil change. I called Kelsey and told her I didn’t ask for the oil change. The computer showed 65% remaining. I can’t undo the work done, however I am not happy having work done without my request/consent.

We never received a text or call as promised to let us know that the car was done. We spent an hour sitting in the lobby after seeing my car already out in the parking lot, clearly done. Waiting for the confirmation that everything was done. Eventually, after an hour, we complained and were told that the car was done and they were just waiting for us. Unacceptable.

I bought my Jeep in 2011 and been coming to **** Hanna for all repairs and services. The customer service has slowly been going down hill since 2014. I have been told an hour for oil change , I let them know I wanted synthetic, and wanted Jeep washed , it came back to me in 2 hours with regular oil and had not been washed. I had my grand baby with me and would of waited another time to have it done if they would of told me longer than an hour. It was 4 hours later my vehicle was ready and still not washed. Needless to say I was very upset .
Another time took in for an oil change and service there was grease prints on head liner being light gray that was an issue. I have tires for life brought my Jeep in for oil change and they noticed a screw in side wall of tire, which they said could not be fixed and road hazard did not cover that. I had to buy a new tire. So I ordered one from **** Hanna to put on when it arrived. I picked up car and once again it was not washed. When I showed up to have tire put on I told them they forgot to wash it last sat when they did the oil change and let them no I really wanted it washed. The service person Aylissa wrote it in the service order and circled it . I received a call saying it was finished so I gave a little extra time before picking it up because it is never ready when I show up after they call. Once again I show up it took so long to get help to pick up my car and when I did it was not washed or vacuumed and when I brought it to Aylissa attention all she had to say is I wrote on the paper and circled it.
I am in customer service been in it for over 15 years and this service on this day was the worst of many at **** Hanna. Myself , family and friends have bought cars from you and they have since went somewhere else to purchase their new vehicle and now I will do the same.

Teila is really nice and does her best to be as helpful as possible, I have taken my vehicle in 4 times in the past and this upcoming saturday will be the 5th time coming in for the same noise that they have not been able to fix. This last time I was told that my car was done amd ready and that the problem was taken care of. I got there to pick up my car and noticed that navigation had been added and thought that was maybe an upgrade i recieved for the back and forth. Started driving and the noise was still there. Drove back to dealer and was told they messed up and put the parts meant for my car on another car and therefore they needed to reorder them again. Picked up my car and they had removed the navigation upgrade lol...at this point I just would like my car to be fixed because i drive lyft to help make ends meet on fridays and saturdays and have not been able to do so the last couple of saturdays because my car spends most of the day in the shop.
