Came in for a rear diff aervuce, and a check of the coolant system to see if a flush was recommended. As well as a quote for trans pan gasket replacement for my next visit.
Was charged almost 80 dollars for a quote on the future work and an inspection of vehicle and cooling system. Didn't need rear diff fine, fluids were fine I was told.
Left feeling ripped off. I didn't ask for a pressure test. I asked for recommendations on if a collabt flush was needed after radiator was replaced. The test they ran cost me 80 dollars, when I specially said I didn't want anything they was extra charge done. I can get my inspections done for free, at other shops. I didn't need to pay 80 dollars to be told the service I came in for didn't need to be done, and for them to "pressure test" my coolant system, when all I asked for was an opinion on what I should do to the jeep.
Probably won't be coming back to the dealership, that doesn't seem like good service. I specially asked what would be charged. If I would have known that was happening and I was getting charged, I would have taken it to a different shop and gotten a quote and inspection for free, as I did the next day at another shop.
Kelsey is friendly. Just frustrated by the servics and cost. The website states free inspection and the drop off email I received showed a break down and what charges, and only said that I would be charged for a rear diff serice which never got done(wasn't needed) I have the breakdown of charges. if jeep wishes to make this right. Feel free to contact me.
Turned into an 80 dollar car wash. Since I never asked for my coolant system to be pressure tested for 80 dollars. I would have declined that service.

Marred pillar cover and no reason of what happened but promised an answer, late pickup going back to dealership from what I was told, nobody greated me upon walking up to service row-just watched people look at me, service driver spoke about how he would not buy a vehicle from **** Hannah- too expensive so he went out of state to save $10,00 more than the dealership he works for. I was asked if I wanted my vehicle washed post service. I agreed that it would save me some time as I was going to afterwards. Vehicle was not washed as promised. Vehicle was complete at 8:30 am picked up vehicle at 1:30. 5 hours should be enough time to wash my vehicle. Iwould say that it was not a great "1st" experience with your dealership.

Service by teila and matt was great but after i drove my car off it sounded like the problem had been taken care of but after 5min of driving the noise started coming and going. This happened last time as well and As i continue to drive the car the noise starts to get more constant. Wish your mechanics could figure out what is. Maybe the 4th time will be the charm

Had appointment for two front airbag recalls. Appointment made well in advance and after dropping the car off and having one airbag serviced, then was I called to be told the other airbag was not in Stock and I'd have to come back a second time. I should have been called ahead of time and given the option to wait until both airbags were in for my vehicle. It would be a different story if I had just dropped in. Extremely poor customer service for leaving me in the dark about the non stock before starting work on it and leaving me without a vehicle for not just one day but now two days.
