They never did wash the car after they said they would but the worst part is we waited an hour and a half after the recall service was done when they were supposed to be washing it. When I asked the guy why it didn't get washed he had no reason just that they didn't do it. I missed an hour and a half of work waiting for nothing.

I've worked with her quite a few times and she has always been so helpful, understanding and I can put trust in her that I won't be ripped off or jacked around.
